Have the trailer where you said it would be when you said it would be available. I have come to expect that u-haul will not be reliable. Three out of the last four times I have tried to rent vehicles, there was a last minute change that caused some difficulty for me.

U Haul needs to do a better job at ensuring equipment on site when a reservation is made and confirmed, remains on site until it is picked up. Making your customers drive 75 miles or more out of their way to fix your overbooking reservation problems is not acceptable

Make sure the tie down ratchets are lubricated. Sitting outside they tend to rust. Other than that it’s a great service. Also you put new straps on the dolly. Thanks! Phillip 😀

Give a receipt for renting your equipment. The O'Neill location cannot print a receipt. I literally signed a paper with no information on it other than one line at the top that had uhaul and your email confirmation. The bottom line on the paper had a signature line. If you could email me a receipt that would be great! Call or email if you have any questions. 402 925 8642

Dropped off on Sunday. Plenty of room to park truck, Easy to find.
Couldn't seem to get the app to work for the photos to show that it was left full and mileage.

Employee was rude on the phone when we were trying to rent a box truck and a car dolly. We had to go an hour away to rent one and then drive back to our broke down car to unload and reload so that we could continue our trip. Was not a pleasant experience at all. The uhaul in Oneill lost out a an expensive rental.

Rental personal was cordial but not familiar with how to fill out rental agreements thus taking a long time to access the trailer. Also the floor of the trailer needed to be cleaned before I could use it.
