Couldn't help do anything.

The truck was disgusting, food and dirt in every crevice. We laid down trash bags to sit in the seats. There was massive amounts of scratches and damage to the truck when I picked it up, but there wasn’t another truck there to take. When I returned it, the man was incredibly rude and told me I needed to clean the truck. It was cleaner than when I rented it. I filed a complaint. Uncalled for to ever send a truck out like that, much less to complain when it is returned in better shape. I should get a refund for this experience.

I estimated my miles to be less than 50, but to be safe I put 50. The worker kept insisting I put 80. I kept telling him I’m not even going to use the full 50, so why would I put 80 and have that money held up on my card. He would not listen and made me pay for 80 miles. Well, I only used 30 miles and they still have not released the money held for 80 miles.

The ac didn't work right, there was no lug wrench and it was sluggish on tale off

This location was absolutely dreadful and should be removed from the Uhaul rental locations. We arrived to pick up our rental and the clerk kept asking to re-scan my ID. He would do that, type a little into the computer, then move on to sell a vape/tobacco products to a store customer. This process repeated itself for 40 minutes. I had asked him if we needed to call someone and he called someone, but not a Uhaul representative. Then, after we inquired about cancelling, he told us that we had to cancel. Why wouldn’t he cancel if it is his fault? After getting sick and tired of this, we called the local Uhaul representative who had the rental unit checked out for us. LOVE working with actual Uhaul centers and folks, but this place SUCKS!

It was not easy to find. It was avape store. I called the number associated with it. I couldn't understand them because of their accent. They have me another number to call. I just wanted to know where to park the truck because there was no obvious place. It was a parking lot for a strip center with 5-6 businesses and none had the name afs. There also wasn't a drop box for the key. I looked at the Pic in the online return feature and it was no where. I took the key into the vape store. If my father had been renting and returning the truck, this would have been a nightmare because he can't do all the electronic only stuff. The v people on the phone and in person were rude and acted put out that I was returning there.

Next time I will be taking before and after pictures, they tried to say that I hit something and I know forsure I didn’t lesson learned and I will be doing it from now on
