Took three hours to get to go thru, no internet in the area and the uhaul help line kept me on hold over two hours during two calls. I hope I never have to use uhaul again!!!!! Uhaul rental location wouldn't even answer calls. It was a nightmare!!

I attempted to change drop off locations. It took 7 calls! I keep being transferred to the wrong dept! One rep actually told me "You can't do that!" I ended up returning it to the originally scheduled drop-off location out of shear frustration. I wanted to return the truck to U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer Truck rental agency in Winnsboro, South Carolina Address: 100 E College St, Winnsboro, SC 29180. This location is 5min from my house where I used the truck to move to.Instead i had to drive 7 miles to the other location.
Daniel S.Just check to see if everything such as the lights all work turn signals etc , the truck was3/4 full , the tow trailer lights were not working had to switch trailer at another spot
