Improve the office space and tidy the van. There was garbage inside the vehicle and the office looks ready to fall apart.
CHRISTINA PThe cargo van had an issue. The rear right indicator was not working. As a reason we were finding difficult to change lanes in highway to right because other drivers were not able to get the signal that we wanted to change lane to right. Actually we recognized this problem towards the end of the trip. This was a serious hazard. Additionally, if the overall cleanliness of the vehicle could have improved and that could have made the user experience even better. U-Haul needs to improve a lot in the way they run the company.
RAHUL VTh truck broke down and I could have been killed. Never again. I want my money back. A manager was to call me yesterday or today and never happened. What lousy customer service is this

PRASHANTH TThe gentleman was friendly and helpful, however the physical location was a mess. The business next door had big trucks blocking everything, the ground was not paved and the dirt was filled with ice and snow very dangerous to navigate. Clean up the location pave the area.

MAILA NI had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with U-Haul. I had booked my vehicle in advance and had the receipt with me, but the front desk staff still insisted I didn’t have a booking. Even after showing him the confirmation, he was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had also pre-ordered a dolly, which was confirmed in my reservation, but they failed to provide it. When I asked about it, there was no solution offered. The worst part was when I asked him to direct me to my vehicle—he simply told me to “go check myself.” It was snowing heavily, and I had to walk around in the snow, remove snow from multiple trucks, and try to find the one assigned to me. He offered absolutely no assistance. I couldn’t cancel on the spot because I urgently needed the vehicle for moving, but this was hands down the most frustrating and disappointing experience I have ever had with U-Haul. I even have my pre-booked receipt showing the vehicle and dolly I paid for. I will definitely reconsider using U-haul in the future.

He handled everything quickly, explained all the details clearly, and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and about making sure customers leave happy. Employees like him are rare — every U-Haul location would be lucky to have someone like Adnan on their team. He represents the company at the highest level, and the place truly benefits from his professionalism and attitude. I will 100% be coming back to this location because of the service he provided. JENISH VEverything was perfect, but I was charged $10 as gas money, and I only drove the cargo van for 12 kilometres! How can you charge someone $10 for that? You guys are robbing customers.

ISSA OI booked u haul for my nearby location at the date of booking I received a call from that person who booked my reservation. He told me there is not a single truck available. I have to come to other location to pick the truck up. Waste a lot of time amd money

Foram PThe location is a dump and I wasn't thrilled to be driving my own car around the jumbled yard. We waited over half an hour to pick up our van, it wouldn't allow me to do online check in. The guy had to open a door using a pair of scissors jammed in, did not inspire confidence. Then he gave us a van parked behind other vans that we could not access, so we had to go back to him again to switch. He was hard to find when we went to drop off the keys. It just seemed like an unprofessional and scattered place with a long line up. The man was nice enough, but the delay impacted our day and we would not go back.
Ian LThe truck was so dirty and stinky inside. The driver side was okay but the back side was worst. Never had such a bad experience in uhaul from 1555 warden ave. There was the lock and no key for the lock.

LESTER RCheck in procedures were unusually long. Reserved van smelt of rotting garbage all 4 days the floor was still wet when picked up. There was no washer fluid and when I asked why was told they had none available. The brakes and Transmission were faulty.
CHARLES MThe staff was helpful. The windshield fluids were empty and he didn’t have any stock. I requested water to wash which he provided me a bottle. I came at 5:02, closing time is 5:00. I wish I was able to talk to person when dropping off. My fault. Also it would be nice to have some quick instructions on how to adjust mirrors etc, as the staff didn’t have any ideas as well. A quick google search solved it. Over all experience with staff was good but wish there is enough inventory of windshield fluid and some staff knowledge on vehicles would be nice.

MAXIM JThe steps to check in and check out is ridiculous....do better uhaul this location is madness first the website says they close at 2pm got there at 1 no one was onsite. It's veey confusing to get help from anyone no clear marking on where the entrance is. In this day an age why should I do the jobs of the attendant

What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service from Zakki. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my move. Zakki took the time to explain all the details, answer my questions, and made sure I felt confident with my rental. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and I truly appreciate his efforts. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for future rentals.
