We booked our U-haul several weeks before our move. We reserved 2 dollies and three dozen blankets (furniture pads). The pickup was supposed to be at the Millidgeville location for 8:30 AM. The very night before our move, we get a call saying that our pickup would now be at Agua Pure, for 9:00 AM. At 9:00 AM, the building was still locked, lights out, no one in sight. There was a sign on the door saying that if you were there to pick up a U-Haul and the door was locked, to call a certain phone number. Called that phone number, no answer. We continued to wait. Finally at 9:10, someone who clearly just got out of bed crawled out from a back door, walked passed us without saying a word, and trudged their way over behind the counter. Still without even acknowledging us, she turned on her computer and started to get herself organized. Finally, she spoke, and told us that her phone was dead and that she needed to plug it in so she could take a picture of my driver's license. I asked about the dollies and was told that U-Haul hadn't left any for us. As for the blankets, there were only two dozen instead of the three dozen we reserved. Two dozen ended up being enough, so no major issue there. Got the key, opened up the back, and it clearly had not been cleaned. Full of rocks, dirt, bits of concrete, and other garbage. We ended up having to clean the truck ourselves before the move, and we had to do our entire move without dollies, which killed our backs. I would not recommend U-Haul in general, and will definitely look for other options in the future.

Keith CThe van was filthy front and back. It obviously was not checked when returned from prior rental. The tank was 1/2 full. I pre ordered a furniture dolly that was not available. I had to drive an extra 20 km to pick one up at another location and then pay for that mileage. It made me late for the movers who I had to pay extra. Terrible experience will not rent there again.

PETER DThis location does not reflect high standards of U-Haul. When I arrived to drop off the truck a day earlier the only attendant available smelled of high alcohol. It took me another in-person trip to make sure my return was completed but at this time the owner/operator said he was too busy. I had to make further three calls to this location to make sure my return was completed and receipt emailed to me. Later, he used my credit card details on file and charged my credit card $21.00. I would like this amount to be reversed. I recommend U-Haul re-assess its affiliation with this business. Dr. Bungash

TINA MEverything was great! The location was easy to get in and out of, nice big parking lot to get around in. Cory was excellent! This will be my preferred UHaul location. Keep doing what you’re doing!
LANA GSuper nice people but the van was super dirty. There was a used fork and a loose cigarette in the van. We were also charged for more kms then we used, but that was fixed when we called.
