Was transferred to this location. We never informed that the truck didn’t have a ramp. The staff was nice. But to have a disabled person using one of your trucks without a ramp is completely unacceptable. But only solution was to send me somewhere else completely inconvenience to me. Where are the original reservation with completely? Unacceptable I would never use their service again.
