kevin pFix the damn app. Tell the customer up front ALL of the info they will need BEFORE they go to pickup the vehicle. Picking up the vehicle should be the easiest part of the process. Your app sucks. We had to call and get a person to walk us through all of the info while we sat in front of the vehicle. In 109 heat. But the truck was very nice. The return process was easy, the business owner was there and made it Very easy. Improve your process!

Edward HYou should always ask the customer if they would like to purchase the safe tow insurance... They automatically insured the trailer for 2 days when I only used it for a couple hours one way.... My insurance company automatically insures rentals for me...
Paul MI had a horrible experience with the 24/7 app. Took me little over an hour to get the key out of word lock. When I returned the truck there went another hour just trying to handle that process. Had to have support getting and returning. And what I thought was going be about a $100.00 turned into $ 184.00. ⁷Horrible, horrible experience, never again !

alton sThe location doesn't appear on Apple Maps. I went to two other locations showing on Maps first only to find no UHaul signs or equipment at either of them. I found this one only by someone in the town telling me about it and providing directions.

brenda sWhen my husband picked it the truck he did NOT receive a receipt i.e. just the keys to the truck. The charges were to be added to the my card on file. Husband pick up the truck with less than a 1/4 tank he received 1/16th of gas. The rep said just drop it off with the same amount of gas and you should be ok and he gave a 32 dollar gas credit which was then rescinded after my husband drop off the truck at the new location with a gas of 1/8 why by the way is MORE that what he received and my card was charge an additional 32 dollars because the new location said you were suppose to bring it back with 1/4 a tank of gas and those instructions were listed on the receipt which we did not get until the next day and me call the 800 number asking for a receipt.

Kimberly CReception was not good when doing the return after hours. I had to drive down the road a bit in order to get reception on our (3 people) phones (all different Networks) in order to do checkout process & then drive back to drop the key in. It is a location that brother uses, so I believe it's pretty good or he wouldn't use it.

Paul DGPS takes you round about Should use Walmart as a waypoint unless someone goes out and fixes it Also tire service light kept coming on and had to stop multiple times to inflate tires. Made for stressful drive.
