This location did not have anyone available to help. There was not signs showing where the uhaul truck should be parked. There was not a clear procedure of how or where to return the vehicle. There should be signs posted that specify where uhaul trucks should be parked. There should also be some type of steps posted for turning in the truck. There was steps that needed to be completed before turning in keys and I already dropped them in the box before taking necessary pictures. The parking area was just a dirt lot not labeled.Noveel H.

Yeah this definitely isn't the location I got a text message for from U-Haul to drop off my truck. My text message very specifically includes the name and address of a different location. So now I've got Magnolia Self Storage calling me pissed off saying I dropped off the truck at the wrong location with that's absolutely not true.KATELYN F.

Uhaul installer let chains drag n bounce on ground scratching vehicle. After 20 mins of driving at 50mph under load under limits a tire blew out on i95. Tech didnt check air pressure in tires b4 we left. Excessive time to check out. Reservation at lk mary uhaul was ignored and we had to go to sanford ahoy marine for trailer. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. The truck was VERY dirty and nasty inside. It even had a used old bandaid on the floor board. Also being a single woman, I am extra careful and cautious when it comes to my safety so imagine . So when I went to retrieve a key from the rear it was completely open the roller door up so I was very nervous and concerned that somebody could have been hiding in that track because the vehicle was set away and off from the road. The conditions were just not that safe. The rolling door said have been lot is not then invited could have been hiding or sleeping inside of the tailgate.Terri L.

I pick up the truck, there was no lock box for key, my truck was dirty and not clean when I picked it up, yet I got charged for cleaning, this is not professional in any way and would appreciate to be refunded the cleaning feeFrederick D.

The trailer had an old 4 prong power plug. My truck only had the new round plug. They should have provided an adaptor. The trailer was full of leaves and it would have been nice if the store sold a lock for the trailer.eric S.

The ramp was stuck under truck. My sons friend had to go under truck to lift so my so could pull out at both locations. Slightly dangerous. Should have maintained or offer a discount for faulty equipment. Plus my card was hit for $8 more than my electronic receipt.Melinda N.
