I returned the truck on Saturday at 10:15 am before the self storage place opened and I was charged a $20.00 after hours fee for dropping the truck off. I did not have a choice because uhaul had me dropping off at a location that does not exist anymore.MICHAEL G.

Our experience with the pick up and drop locations was wonderful!! We did however experience an issue with the corporate office. The representative was out of Jackson,MS and she was very rude and at one point was even raising her voice to over talk me. Not only was that an unfortunate experience, but pickup location, that was changed 3 days before pick up,was about a 100 miles from original location. Uhaul can make changes to the contract with no financial impact to Uhaul, but when I tried to make changes because of location change it would have created a financial impact on me.Ronald G.

I don't have an issue with the location, however the truck I rented should not be driven on the highway. It has several very serious issues, that include brakes that are in need of replacement, the rear tires are tread bare and the vehicle shakes badly at 40 mph, this vehicle is a SAFETY HAZARD!!David C.

Very disappointed that I had to return by 10 AM and when I got there at 10 the place was closed. I had to use the lockbox key drop which was no problem BUT..........then I got a $20 after hours drop charge. The hours posted started at 1:30 PM each day so I am very disappointed that there was no way to return truck on time by 10 AM when the store did not open until 1:30. By the way I have used this location as a pickup location before and the staff were very professional so I see this as a poor process issue and not a service level issue on the part of the local staff.GEORGE H.

When scheduling for pick up make sure the location is open. Also not all customers have smart phones. The lady did not open that site until 1:30 and my pick up time was 12:30. She had to dropped everything (her lunch break) to come assist me.LAURA W.
Location advertise their hours stating that they were open until 4 PM on Saturday. Unit was dropped off at 11:45 AM. No one was on site. Then, we were charged a $20 after hours drop off fee.Mark M.
I returned the rental truck to this location on time. A few days later I received a call asking me where the truck was. It seems some sort of error was made, but I never got an explanation and a month later was charged for returning the truck one day late. It was a scary feeling being accused of this and then to be charged extra was absolutely all wrong. Someone made a big mistake, and it wasn't me.susan K.

The app did now work when I rented and had to go into the office to get the truck. Worse yet, it did not work when I returned the truck and required multiple phone calls by me and Uhaul to get the issue resolved. The reason my rating is 1 star is not due to the location. Its do to my entire experience. If I could, I wouldn't give it a single star. To start off my pickup took 45 minutes. It was suppose to include a furniture dolly and a utility dolly. Neither were in the truck. And the verification process took 45 minutes and a phone call with customer service. So after getting verified and telling customer service the dollys were missing. They informed me of a place that was open for 2 hours on sunday. So I go there first thing that morning. The guy has no clue what I was talking about. Said he hasn't been informed of the situation. So I call customer service. On hold for 30 minutes. Someone finally answered and hangs up. So.. i call again and wait another 30+ minutes. By this time the other place has closed and im still without a dolly of any sort so I go buy my own dolly just so its not a waste of my time having the truck. Overall my experience was terrible and I will not deal with uhaul again.Jackson T.

Our reservation was changed to this location by Uhaul from the original location we picked, but our reservation was set to pick up at 9am and this location was not open at that time. So before you change a reservation make sure the location is open during the time of the reservation.Jeremy M.

If my builder had not come with me, I could not have lifted the trailer tongue off of the truck as no one was there to help. On the other hand, I appreciate the owner's laid back attitude and ease of returning at my convenience.elisabeth J.
The online check-in took a LONG time (~1 hour). So we only had 7 instead of 8 hours to move. The agent took a long time to get back to us. Perhaps a faster agent would be better, or let consumers do part of the process beforehand.Derek G.
