Walt AIf you got to this place during working house, I recommend, if you plan to use the app, try another location that is open during the hour you want to get the truck. AVOID the uhaul app it is awful Not very user friendly. If you do not set up the locator correctly on the first try, you are screwed, you cannot undo your mistake. No customer service to call if you have issues. Also, the location had bad reception so this added to the problem. Uhaul should fix this app so you can do 99% at you home, like pics and anything else. Then they can send you a pin via text, when you are at the uhaul location, to verify it is you. Then give the lock code either text or email. AWFUL experience. Never again.
Nicole DThe upload speed of the uhaul app is extremely slow. Took us an hour to get the truck picked up and that long to return it because of the app speed. Also at the return the app glitched and I didn't know if the return had been completed.
Jeremy ALocation was great, service was great. One tire was noticeably cupped, but dolly performed passably anyway. Tire was not the fault of the location owner, just the general U-haul system of depending on feedback to notice damage. Location owner was great.

todd pThey're Internet was down, they weren't open when I arrived at my appointment time, I was over charged for repellent they didn't have ie a utility dolly and they charged me for appliance dolly. They have no where to sit while waiting. The two people working had the personality of trolls. Never again.
Karen WThere was no one at the location when i dropped off the trailer so i had to do the mobile check in. The system wouldn’t let me check that the trailer was clean and ready for use providing proof with a photo so I was charged an additional “cleaning” fee which J shouldn’t have had to pay.

Dave MFor the first reservation I had that day, the people were closed early and they didn't set my reservation to the truck share so I could pick it up. Instead they cancelled my reservation. Then I spent hours trying to find another truck and talking to customer service reps. One even hung up on me. Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul.

DAVID WOffer better equipment. The truck I was given needs work. Could not get over 45 miles per hour. Truck was shaking so bad . Right rear tail light burns brighter than the other. That is caused from bad wiring.

ANDREA HI returned the truck on Saturday at 10:15 am before the self storage place opened and I was charged a $20.00 after hours fee for dropping the truck off. I did not have a choice because uhaul had me dropping off at a location that does not exist anymore.

NED OOur experience with the pick up and drop locations was wonderful!! We did however experience an issue with the corporate office. The representative was out of Jackson,MS and she was very rude and at one point was even raising her voice to over talk me. Not only was that an unfortunate experience, but pickup location, that was changed 3 days before pick up,was about a 100 miles from original location. Uhaul can make changes to the contract with no financial impact to Uhaul, but when I tried to make changes because of location change it would have created a financial impact on me.

Catherine RThe 5 by 10 unit was smaller than the other 5 by 10 units that I have rented in the past, but it was clean and we made it work.
DIANA MI don't have an issue with the location, however the truck I rented should not be driven on the highway. It has several very serious issues, that include brakes that are in need of replacement, the rear tires are tread bare and the vehicle shakes badly at 40 mph, this vehicle is a SAFETY HAZARD!!

BRETT MVery disappointed that I had to return by 10 AM and when I got there at 10 the place was closed. I had to use the lockbox key drop which was no problem BUT..........then I got a $20 after hours drop charge. The hours posted started at 1:30 PM each day so I am very disappointed that there was no way to return truck on time by 10 AM when the store did not open until 1:30. By the way I have used this location as a pickup location before and the staff were very professional so I see this as a poor process issue and not a service level issue on the part of the local staff.

JOHN BWhen scheduling for pick up make sure the location is open. Also not all customers have smart phones. The lady did not open that site until 1:30 and my pick up time was 12:30. She had to dropped everything (her lunch break) to come assist me.
LAURA WLocation advertise their hours stating that they were open until 4 PM on Saturday. Unit was dropped off at 11:45 AM. No one was on site. Then, we were charged a $20 after hours drop off fee.
Mark mI returned the rental truck to this location on time. A few days later I received a call asking me where the truck was. It seems some sort of error was made, but I never got an explanation and a month later was charged for returning the truck one day late. It was a scary feeling being accused of this and then to be charged extra was absolutely all wrong. Someone made a big mistake, and it wasn't me.
susan kThe first truck I was scheduled to use had a dead battery and needed to switch truck and it was the roughest riding truck I have ever driven.
ROY GI had the hardest time even getting the vehicle. I had to reschedule my reservation and wait hours before even getting the vehicle.

Worse yet, it did not work when I returned the truck and required multiple phone calls by me and Uhaul to get the issue resolved. This was not the experience the last time I rented via the app and was somewhat disappointing and very annoying.

Robert MThe reason my rating is 1 star is not due to the location. Its do to my entire experience. If I could, I wouldn't give it a single star. To start off my pickup took 45 minutes. It was suppose to include a furniture dolly and a utility dolly. Neither were in the truck. And the verification process took 45 minutes and a phone call with customer service. So after getting verified and telling customer service the dollys were missing. They informed me of a place that was open for 2 hours on sunday. So I go there first thing that morning. The guy has no clue what I was talking about. Said he hasn't been informed of the situation. So I call customer service. On hold for 30 minutes. Someone finally answered and hangs up. So.. i call again and wait another 30+ minutes. By this time the other place has closed and im still without a dolly of any sort so I go buy my own dolly just so its not a waste of my time having the truck. Overall my experience was terrible and I will not deal with uhaul again.
Jackson TThe only thing, I ordered dollies to help me move an the only thing I got with my order was the U-Haul truck, no dollies or anything.
Jonathan FOur reservation was changed to this location by Uhaul from the original location we picked, but our reservation was set to pick up at 9am and this location was not open at that time. So before you change a reservation make sure the location is open during the time of the reservation.
