Dropped of at 8:00 AM 4 hrs early. Got. Charged an extra $20 for returning during non business hrs. This location has no business hrs as it is not managed during the day. Total ripoff.

If you got to this place during working house, I recommend, if you plan to use the app, try another location that is open during the hour you want to get the truck. AVOID the uhaul app it is awful Not very user friendly. If you do not set up the locator correctly on the first try, you are screwed, you cannot undo your mistake. No customer service to call if you have issues. Also, the location had bad reception so this added to the problem. Uhaul should fix this app so you can do 99% at you home, like pics and anything else. Then they can send you a pin via text, when you are at the uhaul location, to verify it is you. Then give the lock code either text or email. AWFUL experience. Never again.

The upload speed of the uhaul app is extremely slow. Took us an hour to get the truck picked up and that long to return it because of the app speed. Also at the return the app glitched and I didn't know if the return had been completed.

Location was great, service was great. One tire was noticeably cupped, but dolly performed passably anyway. Tire was not the fault of the location owner, just the general U-haul system of depending on feedback to notice damage. Location owner was great.

They're Internet was down, they weren't open when I arrived at my appointment time, I was over charged for repellent they didn't have ie a utility dolly and they charged me for appliance dolly. They have no where to sit while waiting. The two people working had the personality of trolls. Never again.

There was no one at the location when i dropped off the trailer so i had to do the mobile check in. The system wouldn’t let me check that the trailer was clean and ready for use providing proof with a photo so I was charged an additional “cleaning” fee which J shouldn’t have had to pay.

For the first reservation I had that day, the people were closed early and they didn't set my reservation to the truck share so I could pick it up. Instead they cancelled my reservation. Then I spent hours trying to find another truck and talking to customer service reps. One even hung up on me. Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul.

Improve u-haul’s website. Trying to drop off this truck took 20 min for your website to respond back. Your location software is just as bad.

Offer better equipment. The truck I was given needs work. Could not get over 45 miles per hour. Truck was shaking so bad . Right rear tail light burns brighter than the other. That is caused from bad wiring.

I returned the truck on Saturday at 10:15 am before the self storage place opened and I was charged a $20.00 after hours fee for dropping the truck off. I did not have a choice because uhaul had me dropping off at a location that does not exist anymore.

Our experience with the pick up and drop locations was wonderful!! We did however experience an issue with the corporate office. The representative was out of Jackson,MS and she was very rude and at one point was even raising her voice to over talk me. Not only was that an unfortunate experience, but pickup location, that was changed 3 days before pick up,was about a 100 miles from original location. Uhaul can make changes to the contract with no financial impact to Uhaul, but when I tried to make changes because of location change it would have created a financial impact on me.

The 5 by 10 unit was smaller than the other 5 by 10 units that I have rented in the past, but it was clean and we made it work.

I don't have an issue with the location, however the truck I rented should not be driven on the highway. It has several very serious issues, that include brakes that are in need of replacement, the rear tires are tread bare and the vehicle shakes badly at 40 mph, this vehicle is a SAFETY HAZARD!!
