The problem was the ppl over the phone who changed my reservation they were very rude and did not explain that it had to be a mobile pick up. The lady who said she was a manager hung the phone up in my face three time this is not professional at all

The vehicle had trash in the back and the drivers cab was completely dirty. Fortunately we only needed the truck for a few hours but it was disappointing.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The UHaul online system had an issues and made it take longer than necessary. The person handling the reservation figured it out and got me on my way. If it wasn’t for the online system bug, the experience would have been seamless. Great experience with the location and staff.
