There are two locations called Air tight and I went to the wrong one causing rental to be late.

My only complaint was I was told I could pick this vehicle up at a nearby location. I reserved it 5 weeks in advance and the day before pick up I received a call that said unavailable at your location. I had to drive hour and half to get had I know this in first place I wouldn’t have reserved it. In my opinion not professional way to run business.

Alverta RYou guys need to lower the locks, it was too high for me to see. You guys need better and easier locks to use. It should not be a difficult process as we are already stressed with moving. You guys definitely need to do better with keeping up with how much gas is in the trucks before it is rented out again. Even though i took a picture beforehand. You guys overcharged me for fuel, which I will be calling about. I took the picture and uploaded the picture to guys about where it was and the mileage. You guys aren't sending anyone to do a check and the office is right around the corner and you guys clearly aren't checking the photos that are uploaded. Yall are just overcharging customers and I'll never use this location again or recommend it. The experience was horrible. The lady was nice but it was horrible. I returned it with more fuel than I started with and was still overcharged, just ridiculous and sad that we have to go through this. It was already a young lady in there complaining and I should've walked out when I heard her and went to another location.
