I asked for a location that offered counter service. When I went in the attendant at this location stated he did nothing with UHaul and it all must be done online and use the outside key box for pick up and drop off. Offered absolutely no assistance at all and was not friendly. I had originally booked at a location about a mile and a half from this location. It was a regular UHaul facility/business NOT a gas station with UHaul as a small side. I was contacted by UHaul a few days before pickup and was asked if I would be willing to use this other location. When I asked if an attendant would be available I was told "Yes!" so I was happy to switch as the UHaul representative stated they were trying to get business for this new UHaul partner. I will NEVER do that again! I am not proficient with online forms/etc.
