Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent trailer rental experience. The representative who assisted me was extremely inviting and professional. They even waited for me after store hours to make sure I was taken care of, which I truly appreciated. They were very helpful, set up the trailer properly, and made the pickup process smooth and easy. The customer service provided went above and beyond. The only issue I experienced was that the trailer’s running lights were not working. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until later during my trip. I wanted to make you aware of this in case the equipment needs to be inspected or serviced to prevent future issues. I would like to express my gratitude towards the gentleman as he didn't try to sell me non needed equipment. Also he did not try to tell me what size vehicle I needed. So overall I'm 45 years old 💯 percent disabled and out of all the rental locations I've been to in texas by far customer service excellent and straight to the point. JAMES MHow about getting an app that works? It is horrible, and makes returns almost impossible.
JOEL SI tried to see if there was a drop off closer to the 78239 area to where I was moving, but I was just asked if I was dropping off the rental to the same location. I agreed, but traffic accident on 35 prevented me from returning it at 6. Instead it was 6:20. And I got charged an additional 35.00 for this. I even called to let u-haul know. Seems excessive.
