You charged me an extra 40$, I assume because when i dropped the vehicle off on a sunday (office was closed), i had a question that i was put on hold for 30 mins causing my drop off time to be late. You then charged me for a full extra day. When i questioned the charges, nobody responded to me, you just charged my credit card.andrew B.

Hitch for pick up truck should be included pull my ubox i was told to buy one, so I returned it after I used it but I was charged for it for rent instead, In Scarborough where I rented a truck and trailer it was already included in what I paid.Alejandro E.

The cupholder was broken off the dashboard was broken off the gentleman had me and another man competing for the same trailer that I had rented over a month prior and the very next day he had two separate people booked for the same trailer at the same time I also got charged double what I agreed to after I checked in the vehicleStephy-Lynn B.

Owner/Operator needs to be on time. I called to confirm reservation 2 days in advance with said owner operator and he assured me he would be on site at 9. Didn't drive off with our Uhaul until 0930.Daniel A.
I booked apt for pickup in st. Albert only to get a call two hrs later saying they don't have a vehicle after all so pickup in edmonton. They asked if I needed a dolly, I said yes I will need 2 dollies. I then get a call from edm location saying no dolly available. I said I was told you had one she said there is no guarantees on dollies but we will do our best. When we got there for 9:00 am pickup the gate was still closed and a manager parked outside gate said person who worked there was running late?! We didn't start driving vehicle until 10:00am. When the plan was to already be loading by then. I will definately not recommend Uhaul to anyone, nor will I be back. Very disappointed in this company. What moving company doesn't have dollies??????Marry M.
The gas tank was 1/8 full, the person checking me in said it was 1/4, I returned the truck exactly where the gas was 1/8 and was charged 36.00 No explanation other than Uhaul charges him Poor serviceKenneth R.
II had reserved a furniture dolly as well as moving blankets and was told there wasn't any when I got there to pick up the moving truck. The inside of truck was super dusty leaving everything that touched it absolutely filthy.Jeremy L.

Nicole was extremely thoughtful and professional when it came to handling my situation. My rating is solely based on her excellent customer service and help. My reserved truck at 9 am for pickup was unavailable as the previous customer decided to keep for another day. The only available time for my pickup was at 2:30 pm and this was 3rd location that I had to go in order to get my truck. I had to delay my cleaning appointment for my apartment and even ask my landlord for permission if we could move out of our apartment at a later time; we had to move out of noon as per of our lease agreement. Having a $50 fee for extra time is ridiculous because I had to accommodate my plans around this scheduling. Like I said, Nicole was thoughtful and credited me $50 to my account for the inconvenience. Uhaul needs to have a stricter policy when it comes to drop off and have a better scheduling system.Katelyn W.
U-Haul needs to update their website. Luckily for us, our pick up and drop off location was open so we could actually a had with things. If this was not the case, I don't know what we would have done. The website constantly going offline and not recognizing our login credentials made the process of renting the equipment 1000 times more stressful. With the U-Haul website, the app could be vastly improved - it currently has one star on the App Store.Jeff D.

I rent it out at 6 pm with a trolly so i can start putting stuff in but when i got the truck no trolley and furniture rags , so i need to wait 6am in the morning to get the trolley and lose half a day of my rental.
