The location was great help. The only issue I had was I was never told it would be a $20 fee for assistance. I would’ve opted to do ourselves if I was told that but I wasn’t. Seeing on the final receipt wasn’t right.

SANDRINI SArea needs better access, the provider was helpful tho getting the hauler hooked up and assisted in loading my car. The hauler we picked up was in useable condition but the left back side fender hold down attachment was missing. Not necessarily this providers issue, but somewhere along the way it should have been replaced.
