The truck cargo area is not waterproof at all. With it raining, there was water all over the floor of the cargo area. Also, the UHaul app and website are incredibly slow. Worse than any other app or site I can think of. Took more than 20 min to pick up truck, waiting for each page to load for a long time. Should have taken <5 min.

The staff at this location was outstanding and they really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get quickly and safely underway with my move. They were one of the best Uhaul locations I have ever used.

The office was closed because the owner's dad had a medical emergency. The truck wash attendant informed me of the situation. The cell service was very bad. Check in pictures failed to upload. I have these pics if you need them. The location was very convenient with plenty of room to maneuver.

Truck is was clean. Rubber seal around door is out. Rust is everywhere. I can include photos. The worse is it is very hard to operate the back door. . S onetime s took two to open / close back door.

The nature of a truck wash business has created a less than desirable office condition. The office could be cleaner. The personal was amazing to work with, they were courteous and very helpful. After they connected the dolly to the rv they offered to help load the car properly and securely. Much thanks for all your help.

Everyone there was beyond helpful and worked diligently to reserve the truck around my crazy schedule. They really were caring and went out of their way to help me!

The lack of data coverage required to operate the app effectively created a serious issue when trying to take photos for the return. It was very frustrating and I will make sure to return to another location in the future. As far as the facility itself, it is in a very accessible area.

The location itself is fine (other than potholes/bumps), but it took over 45 minutes each time (pickup & return) trying to navigate the website because data connection is so poor there (tried with two different phones).

Location was fine. The online check in and out process was the worst thing I have experienced in a long time. I was thinking that process would be quick since its on the app but it took 20 minutes each time. Also why did I have to fill out all my contact information again even though that information was already in the app? Terrible experience with the app.

Just little hard to pick up if bad cell service as their wifi is patchy there. We had a hard time figuring out the pickup and drop off process but I guess if we need to do it next time we know. We took pictures but it was of things that weren't asked as we already dropped in the keys to the box on Sunday. But we did what we could. I think just tell people to please watch the video as it is helpful. :) we just watched it after. The guys at the shop was nice to help us out so that was good at pickup. They were just closed when we dropped it off.
