Hello UHaul, I would not recommend the self contactless as the area is near a underserved area. I was not aware and sort of creepy. As the building is non occupied so if you do not know you are contactless which I did not know. I thought I was only going to take pictures of the truck with app. I was not aware I was going to FULLY check myself in. Also I had difficulty getting started bc I did not know exactly what to do. I don't recommend any females to go alone. As homeless are wondering about the area. My son was able to help me as I asked him to help me and I asked him and my husband to return the truck due to the area. Dr.Brown

There is no one there but a drop off box. Couldn’t find it and had to go into a small street and alley to get to it. I kept getting called saying I hadn’t returned my rental for 3 days straight. And never got my refund or whatever I was promised because the gas wasn’t at the level I was suppose to be given at.
