I strongly recommend against using this location. I waited an hour for my trial to arrive. The service was completely unprofessional. The previous user of my truck left a complete mess of the cabin space. They also did not entire the mileage correctly at check in so I was charge for an extra 400 miles and had to file a claim. Do not use this place for business.

Timothy ZTruck that I ordered was inside the gate and could not be accessed. Had to contact customer service to get a different truck that I could get access to. Took 20 minutes to resolve the issue. This location needs to have a better set up. Highlight is check out process was easy and friendly.

ricardo fI made a reservation for 6:30am. The process to check out asks for a phone number of someone that they will call not considering the people may be in different time zones (west coast 3:30 am no one awake)… the other option, have your passport with you… second option is valid but you did out you need the passport until you start the checkout process. I called customer service and they sent me back to my home to get the passport; I went to my home, got the passport, came back and started the check out process, the system did not require my passport when I contacted someone over chat… upon all this, the locker with the key did not have tue key… I called customer service, the rep game the code to 4 boxes, no one had the key. YOU must let people know they need the passport to check out… or you can do the credit check done by day utility companies… this was a bad experience… super stressful.
HERLIN GWould have been better off renting a little red wagon and using that to move. Uhaul you dropped the ball big time.

REGINALD GThis was a scary experience. Area was not safe. All the businesses around seemed condemned & all parking was restricted with “no parking signs”. That coupled with the U-Haul comments to not block doors or entrances gave us no where to park! Once again, we had to call support & wait to speak with someone. The rep was nice but really had no idea either. We are still unsure if we parked in an appropriate spot, however there was “zero” parking so we did our best!

I was able to easily complete my check-in online, however, I would have loved a sign out in front telling me to go through virtual check-in. I waited about 20 minutes outside before seeing others on their phones. I then got the hint to complete my check-in on my phone.

Antoneo Wthis place was fine, but the first place promised me a truck and didn’t have one and i had to drive across town andpay my movers to stand around and that is some serious BS! I hate U-Haul and will tell everyone to avoid uhaul.
Lee GHave equipment that is well-maintained. I loved the touchless pickup and return option. But it took quite a while for the system to refresh and then pinpoint my location so that I could get a pickup code. The truck I picked up had been damaged and partially repaired at least. But the drivers window could not be raised or lowered, so every time I needed to adjust the mirror, I had to park, get out of the truck and adjust it. The tires had poor pressure, so I had that alert flashing on the dash, and as a result, I received very poor fuel economy. The fuel economy gauge was broken or my economy was even worse than I thought. The truck had a very weird smell inside the cab. I would skip this location in the future regardless of how close it is to my home. They’re not protecting the UHaul brand at all. This was such a poor representation of the experience. Also, there were a lot of homeless people in the area, one of whom had been sleeping in the back of another truck that was being rented by another gentlemen at the same time and place as I. That honestly turned me off from this location as well.
Shahatra ALocation was as filthy as the truck. The truck had trash and smelt like urine. I felt really disgusted and that will be the last time I am renting from that location
Sikhumbuzo MThe truck has bedbugs. Now i have bedbugs im heated. My child is bitten all over and so am I. The location looked dirty but i decided to give it a go because other areas didnt have my truck. But that was unacceptable. Now im having to fight off bed bugs. Thank you

PAMELA HTo be honest, the agent was somewhat slow, there was not an office, and the truck was poorly maintained-the braking system was irregular, the steering and handling was not good, and shifting into gears was difficult.
Alonso PThis was such a frustrating experience. I arrived to the location on time (10:30am) to pick up my uhaul. There was no one there and I didn’t have a code to unluck the key box. Finally someone was able to call the woman who coordinates the location. Once she arrived she asked to see my reservation. She said “oh we don’t have a 15’ truck” even though that’s what I reserved and was confirmed for. Then was told that they also did not have ANY of the equipment I had ordered. I ended up having no choice to take the 10’ truck without all the utility dolly’s or furniture dolly’s I had requested. Finally left at 11:07. The woman that was coordinating was very nice and I realize it’s not her fault that everything I had reserved was not available. So I recognize this in Uhaul, and not her. However, this made my move incredibly difficult with the smaller truck, as multiple trips were required and had to extend my time. I am very disappointed in Uhaul and will probably use a different truck rental company next time.
Stephanie MTerrible location, trucks were dirty and not cleaned out, trucks were back to back with junk cars so you couldn't even check the vehicle properly before you moved it from the property. The key wasn't in the lock box. They were able to get me a new truck, but it was a terrible process. Would never recommend.

Edward CWas given the wrong code for the lockbox on the app. Thankfully there was a worker from the emissions place finishing up and he was able to call the woman to get the proper code. Had me and my girlfriend standing in the cold for 20 minutes putting in a wrong code. 100% terrible customer service and will make me question using U-Haul again. But many praises to the worker from the emissions place.
Michael PService was very friendly. However, the mileage didn't match up. I only drove a total of 24 miles and uhaul charged me for 149 miles. I have yet to be refunded my money. (over $120)
