We had so many issues with our uhaul. I dont think it was serviced and checked prior to giving it to us. They gave us the uhaul with 1/8 of a gas tank. Slow leak from one of the tires, check engine light came on during our travel across the country.

SHARI WWhile the trailer appeared clean, any items placed on the floor of the trailer had this black soot like dirt. Unbeknownst to us when we moved the items to the house it left black marks on our carpets. We ended up having to shampoo the rugs in those spots.
Amy HWent after hours but location is in a bad neighborhood. Did not get to see inside or meet staff. Was unable to take pictures of truck due to it being dark and loose dogs around.
