Janet FI returned the truck on time, much earlier than agreed, and received a claim call because they couldn't find the truck. Apparently they didn't close the contract on time and that caused me a lot of concern. I hope that for future occasions they can resolve those administrative matters in time.

Guy CThere was a police blockade because people had died in front of the location. There was no communication from the uhaul letting me know about the situation prior to my pickup, and nobody answered the phone when I arrived and tried to ask what to do about getting my truck. There is also no voicemail set up at this location. I understand that it was an uncontrollable circumstance, but they could have communicated with me since I had a reservation. I was only able to get a truck at all because I happened to know one of the policemen who went into the uhaul for me and helped me out. I was given a different truck then reserved because it was the only accessible truck, but was given the wrong keys at first. The truck was also rather dirty and I had to sweep it out before using it.

ELIZABETH MLeft my keys, a lock, a cable and my $200 sunglasses in the cab. Dropped the uhaul off at 1pm and was there at 9am the next day to retrieve my items. Guess which item conveniently wasn’t found? The keys they have ZERO use for? the $10 iPhone cable? The $12 lock or the $200 sunglasses. You guessed it, my sunglasses were “never seen”

Stanly JPlace was only recognizable from another truck being parked out on street. I Accidentally left my id in the truck and no one called me from the information that was in my invoice and I subsequently lost my driver's license it was very difficult to replace because it was from another state. I even went back to the place it was still closed the next time . I even called them to no avail

Hollie OThere was an emergency at the location and they needed me to pickup early. That worked. I dropped off while they were closed the next day. They called to see if I still had the key. The key was in their dropbox. It all sorted out in the end. Good Vehicle.
