TUCKER D G.The UHAUL system was down for the entire day so i had to wait for hours to get my already reserved van checked in. The credit card system was down all day so i luckily i had cash on hand. The location of pick-up has no right to even have uhauls because there is no room and is run out of an Iraqi spice store. I will never use Uhaul again if i have to.

Nancy R S.I booked a U-Haul for a different location, for a 9am Saturday pick-up. They called me and told me there were no trucks available at that location for that day, and booked me at this location instead. When I showed up that morning to pick up my truck, and check in on the app, the app told me to come back when the location opened, at 11, making me miss out on two hours of potential moving time.

The lot also wasn't paved and the location to park the cars wasn't well marked. Furthermore unclear signage as to where to drop off the keys on the premise. We had to wander in the freezing cold to find it towards the front of the buildings, away from where the vehicle needed to be parked.

Kevin Francis C.This was an awful experience. Some guy called me 15 min before my pickup and told me to follow the link to get the key and to call 800 number if I had trouble. Of course the link was not working so I called and the call kept getting disconnected. I called the guy back but he would not answer. It took me an hour and a half to finally get someone on the phone from uhaul who could help. I would never go back to this location - the location is practically abandoned. Awful.

TIMOTHY B D.I walked around the truck prior to taking it and did not note any damage. I used it for a simple local move and returned it as it was. When I left I got a call that the truck has damage so I went back to see what he was talking about. He told me here you need to stand back here and look at the very top of the front of the truck corner, there is a dent there. We stepped back and he shined the light on a small dent in the corner of the truck. I certainly did not do that damage nor would I have expected to see it ahead of time without "here step back and look from here". I was changed $390 on my credit card for the damage and disputing it now. That is a totally unfair practice as I never would expect someone to inspect the top of a truck in the walk around before driving off.

I PURPOSELY reserved a 9' van. I had one couch to move. It would be easier to drive to Boston and much cheaper on gas. I was not happy

Matthew N L.I have rented a truck here in less than 24 hours prior my move. Mr. Jarrar Hussain is very nice, intelligent man. He had helped me with the truck and the hand dolly. The truck was easy to drive and it was really good on mileage: it's kinda older and was lower on left side, but, generally speaking , it was okay. I recommend using U-Haul company and this location.

To improve service for the next customer, please remove the terrible 24/7 mobile service. The 24/7 guy was so slow to respond (this was at 11am) and we were running late. Fortunately Mr. Hussein was inside to help us.

MATTHEW A L.My experience was absolutely terrible here. I got to the location and my uhaul was not there. He gave me a smaller truck which was great I got a truck but the point of the truck I got originally was so that we could utilize the ramp. The operator just gave us the keys and said it's around back. We went to get into the truck and we had to get it out of a bunch of weeds and bushes. From there, getting in the truck was disgusting. Bottles from a previous renter, sticky steering wheel, smashes berries and bird feces all over the window and the windshield fluid barely touched it and the air pressure was low in one of the tires. After we moved some stuff we then realized there was a leak in the truck. It had rained and water got over all of our boxes and our love seat and now we have a stained love seat. Our experience was absolutely terrible. I called uhaul and I got an email saying I'll get a $20 refund. Absolutely ridiculous. What is $20? Our furniture got ruined.

Logan B.Good location for minimal mileage use on truck. But the driveway was hard to get in and out of. It is narrow and off of a main road right near the intersection. The uhaul was dirty when we recieved it. The inside was sticky- which is gross. When I went to return the truck, I marked that it should be cleaned before someone else uses it and I was charged a cleaning fee. The residue was there before I borrowed the truck and should not be my responsibility to clean if I acknowledged it when I picked up the truck. I am waiting to hear back from the company about this issue.

He put all my fears immediately to rest and had the exact cargo van I reserved ready and in perfect working order on the day of pickup. He explained everything very clearly as well. I would not go to any other Location in the future and will tell all my family and friends what a great experience renting this van was. The price was also very fair.
