The only thing I say could improve is that tell the customer to go to the front of the Indian spice store to get the key for the truck. I was checking in on the app and before the store opens. So in the app it just said to go the glove component to get the key but it end up being in a lock box in in-front of the Indian spice store. Overall very good, bc the owner of the store was very nice and helpful.

The price is deceiving. $19.95 became $75 and I drove 30 miles round trip. What a rip off! Never again. I’ll rent the Lowes truck next time.

Have labeled parking for where vehicles should go. There are not many spots and it's hard to know where to put the U-Haul back.

Location was clean, but not inviting. Small and old. Difficult to enter with a truck. Location is good in terms of accessibility to major thoroughfares, but the actual driveway entrance is very narrow to enter from a busy street. The proprietor was very gracious and helpful. He was easy to deal with.

The location is convenient because I can walk to it, but the truck itself was dirty. Lots of dirt on the floor of the cab. Everything felt dirty so I wiped down the steering wheel and console with a wet wipe. The driver seat had a cover on it, probably because it was previously damaged. The transmission felt a little off so glad I was only local. I brought the truck back a full 2 hours early and was still charged the same price as if I had kept it for the full time.

I was told how much it was going to be before actually receiving service. So before milage is used and gas I was charged and I believe I used less then what I was charged.

The app continually crashed when trying to check in the truck. Finally, on the 4th attempt of taking vehicle photos, the app crashed, I logged back in, and suddenly the rental was complete. Please make a note ***** it is nearly impossible to park a 26 foot truck in this location! I don't see how this return location is remotely feasible.

I did a remote pick up. The app had no instructions as how to retrieve my truck. I called a help number. After almost an hour Chris the tech was able to walk us through the pick up process. Chris informed me that the app was under repair and had been for some time. A heads up email from uhaul the day before would have been helpful. Our easy no fuss pick up took us an hour. When I made the reservation I requested 20 packing blankets. I was charged for 20 blankets and two moving dollies. Neither the blankets nor the unrequested dollies were provided. Chris was able to remove those charges for me. Chris was patient and wonderful. The over all Uhaul experience was awful

The location was fine, but the mobile pickup process was buggy, so it took about 45 minutes when it should have taken about 5 minutes.

The truck had a bad alignment I had to drive with the steering wheel half turned to make it go straight. Also there was practically no suspension system so the ride was bumpy and uncomfortable. The app also had many issues like not adjusting my location and making me upload my ID 4 different times.

Location was fine once I could speak with an actual person. However, this location in the app is completely broken. I had to wait a half hour for the shop to open instead of being able to pickup with the app. I was on hold for that entire 30 minutes as well trying to reach someone to help me. Google maps found my location and even other areas of the UHaul app knew where I was located bc it showed that the location was 0.0mi away from me. I gave the app full location permissions on my phone. But within finding my location to confirm pickup it kept failing to find me saying geolocation error. Also if I clicked on the link to 10 Fuller Rd, the map showed me somewhere in the middle of the ocean!!! Pls fix this it ruined my whole moving day starting out like this.

The check in process on the mobile app is frustrating, and requires a really good cellular connection, which was not the case for me. The night before, I uploaded all the information/license photos as suggested in the text message I received. When I got to the pickup location, I had to do it all over again, which took a long time! Likewise the drop off process is long, slow and arduous. If I need to rent a truck again from UHaul, I will go to an actual Uhaul store. I spent more time trying to get everything done on the app during pickup and drop off that it would have been quicker to just drive the extra 7 miles to the nearest UHaul store.

the owner is a super friendly guy and his shop is pretty eclectic with a mix of tons of things that may seem out of place in a uhaul location, but overall, he's just a guy trying to make a living and very pleasant to deal with. would highly recommend to friends or family.

The only confusion we had was where the key was, we were looking on the side of the truck rather than on the side of the building. No other issues! Everything was very easy and the person who helped us at drop off was incredibly kind and helpful.

The owner of the franchise was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. He took care of my needs. He was there on time for my pick up and I would recommend him for anybody who is doing business with a U-Haul franchise.

The 24/7 truck share checking in process was confusing and cumbersome. Took me over 30 mins to checkin and get the keys. Even the return process was confusing, sitting there in the dark parking lot and trying to figure how to return on the app, I just returned the keys and left. Checkin and return process for 24/7 truck share is awful, had to sit there and wait for approval proccess without knowing how long it was gonna take.
