JAYSON JEven though the location and the people who run them were great I still did nor appreciate having to wait 4 hours for someone to come fix the truck when a small part on the gear shifter broke under the truck. Though it was no fault of our own being stuck with sugar and tummy troubles for both my husband and I was no fun. What would have been a 4 hour trip home that started at 5:30 am took 9 hours to complete. Very disappointed in the first company that they said would be there at 9:30 who never showed. ROAD HOG REPAIR LLC is on the way with an ETA of 90 minutes. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance. MICHAEL YIt was hard to find the office and the location is problematic. Adjustment of straps was very difficult due to rust. We sprayed WD40 on them to b able to use this safety feature. The light on the driver’s side did not work (so it wasn’t checked before we left the office) and it took roadside assistance 1.5 hours to get some to our location which delayed our departure.

MARSHALL WNothing. This place is the best U-Haul around. Was better than the huge ones around. He is very friendly and cordial. I will always go here than a big dealer. They don’t care about you like the small dealers. This place needs a trophy or plaque for great service!

This location went above and beyond and I would recommend All About Moving to anyone in the Branson, Holister area. I am actually from Omaha and had to pick up some estate items from my family. GLADE BI was called about moving Dollie’s I had rented and never received. Then I wasn’t told I would be given a refund for the equipment I never received but was charged for.
