He also assisted me in hooking up the trailer and showed me the procedures and proper operation of the trailer. I could not ask for any more. Thanks for a pleasant transaction. I would recommend you to anyone.

susan pThis may have been the worst business transaction I've ever had. I ordered a hitch and boxes with my trailer. The location I rented from didn't offer hitches, nor did they have my boxes. The original trailer didn't have working lights so the trailer I was left with had a hole in the top and soaked my mattresses. I then had to call customer service twice to rectify my drop off location that was messed up. I will never rent another uhaul and I'd absolutely never get one from all American athletics and storage.
Derek OFirst, I was originally to pick up my equipment in town but was transferred to this location which was one hour south of my location. Upon arrival, no one was present to assist me. A few moments later, I was greeted by the operators spouse. She was able to get me the keys to the 20 foot truck that I was to rent but the car hauler was not there. The spouse left after giving me the key. But didn't do the walk through with me. The drivers side door didn't unlock with the truck key. We had to climb through the truck to unlock the door each time.
Brent NCheck the equipment in sooner. Truck was returned after hours, but not checked in until 2 days later costing me an extra rental day

Lisa GThey could of compensated us with pay a little because we had to go out over our way to pickup the UHAUL and it was extra gas on my car and the UHAUL that came out of my pocket which is very rough when you are moving. And you are supposed to be helping people out.
LORA PUsed this location twice now and did a great job. Very helpful. The very first time, we had computer/phone issues and they helped us complete the order over the phone. He did it at his end for us and he was out of state on vacation. Dedicated and friendly

Brian MEric was excellent is helping us rectify a tough situation. We had the car hauler reservation set for Champaign IL but the location was closed when we got there and it appeared they only had a car dolly at the Champaign location not the car hauler I needed. Eric went above and beyond to help us out and fix the issue.

PHILIP SNot the locations fault But I was promised that Uhaul wouldn't charge me the excess mileage for having to go 60 miles out of the way and spend the night in a hotel while waiting for my equipment. Yet when I turned the truck in I was charged anyway
