KIRK WWe did a 18 hour trip to SC. The truck was blowing hot air and was not good on gas mileage and the passenger rear light is out and the interior cabin lights on the dash do not light up. Too much money to pay for UhAul and I will be renting Penske next time.

KIMBERLY HAll American will try to tell you they won't rent to you if your driver license is out of state, they can't do that, uhauls policy is that it doesn't matter what state your DLs are from as long as its valid. Be prepared to argue with the front desk lady at all American about it too, because they keep their truck behind a locked gate so you have to go in. Bright side, she got me a whole 24 hr rental for the price of 6 hrs

JOHN SThe front desk person I believe her name is Michelle but she lives there at the All American City Self Storage in DeSoto. She was so nice and did an excellent job helping me. She really made things more comforting from my experience with prior location. I had originally did the Park and Gas station location on 1221 E Beltline Rd and the representative that worked there was so rude. He was the guy that worked on that day 2/28 at 9am. He tried to give me a U-Haul with a low tire. The gas station representative told me that it was not his problem and to find a place to put air in the tire. I had called U-Haul and the representative Patricia I believe was her name helped me with a new location that was next door. I walked over to All American City Self Storage and Michelle saved the day. She really represented her company and U-Haul so well and put my mind at ease from my experience with the gas station next door to them. Thank you to U-Haul and All American City Self Storage for making my move so accommodating. I will definitely recommend my friends and family.

MYKESHIA BI was forced to take the insurance. The cost of the rental was over $300 more than the same equipment, distance and rental period of a previous rental less than 6 months previously. I previously called U-Haul and submitted an online concern and unfortunately I was not contacted regarding my concerns. I’ve since called U-Haul again to file another complaint. Hopefully, management will follow up with me. Unfortunately, they can’t change what happened but perhaps offer an appropriate level of service recovery.

AARON HBe sure to clean the uhaul on the inside. I was okay with it but the next customer may not be so fund of it. I myself expected to be cleaner but it got the job done.
