Not opened on Saturday. Mid day, looks closed / abandoned. Had to leave trailer outside locked gate . There was a U-Haul sign but not much else. No instructions, etc. would not recommend if you want to be sure your return goes smoothly.

Tree business also at site. They were chipping wood and launching into the parking lot all over my expensive clean truck and my person. I am also allergic to oak and had a bad rest of my day drinking benadryl. The lady at the site was polite and hard working.

the truck I got was dirty. I posted pictures during the truck pick up however when I dropped it off I was charged for clean up because I was honest about the condition of the truck and said it was not clean enough for another family.

The lady there was AMAZING. Very nice and welcoming. Helpful, talked to me professionally. I was unhappy with uhaul about changing my truck size at the last minute on my moving day but when I went to pick up my uhaul the lady there made me forget about it just based off her customer service!!!!!

If the location is closed on the return date (holidays) If returns could be made the next open day ?? Example if someone returns a rental with no one there .If someone comes in & steals the rental . the renter would be responsible for the rental.If gates are open no one there whats to stop them ???
