The customer service was excellent. The truck was clean and had all of the necessary accommodations that I requested. I would definitely return to this location for my truck rental needs.

Had to rent there equipment paid more than what was listed on website because they said they didn’t have the furniture dolly as I requested so had to Zelle payment for there personal dolly location needs to do better with keeping up with mileage and gas on each truck as well they charge you for mileage and gas that you didn’t do!!!

The people there were clueless. Had trouble understanding them. I even had to hook up the trailer myself, and I am a cripple!!

Car was not cleaned, equipment not included and i had to pay for equipment upfront that didnt exist. The whole process with this location was terrible.

I went online and reserved the vehical friday night for saturday and noon. The location was not that great of a location and when I got there at 12 pm, the truck was being used by someone else. When asked about the vechical, they said they will be done shortley. I went inside to talk to the lady, owner of the truck to let her know i was here to pick up the vehical. She went ahead and took down my information which mostly everything i did online and even paid, but then she had to call someone else within the uhaul company and from what i feel like i was double charge or an extra fee.So when i was done with here. The guy who had the truck was still using it and said they would be done at 1. It was close to 1 and they was still loading the truck with materials, mainly i didn't get the truck until 2. So i had to wait two hrs to get the truck that i reserved online the day before and only gotten a dollar taken off because they didn't have a dolly in the truck. I be charged half price for the vehical becase of the wait.

inside of truck was average. Windshields were filthy. Tires were old. The HEAT was on and could not be turned off the entire trip and it was already 80+ degrees outside. My legs burnt up even with the windows down. My cell phone overheated.

The truck just had too much play when exceeding 40mph on the highway, I was nervous the trailer swayed when I went 50mph so I had to slow down which made it more scarer because 18 wheelers zoomed past me. The truck Just needs maintenance an inexperienced driver would have gotten into a wreck
