Martin HFirst time I'm renting through U-Haul and I have to admit that I have been quite impressed. Hugo and the team at this location took the time to answer all my questions as well as explaining all the rules and responsibilities coming with the contract. It was cristal clear. Vehicle was in good shape, clean and cheap on fuel. Will rent at this location next summer for sure. As a side note... It took me some time to realize that speed was in MPH instead of Km/h. Maybe a friendly reminder could be done in the future.

KHALID NFirst one of the tyres went flat and the repair service took 3 hours to arrive, whereas the operator on the phone told me it would take an hour, I made decisions based on that information and had to pay for 6 hours of extra help (3 x 2 people x $15 = $90). on the final receipt it indicates that the fuel is at half of 1/8 and 1/4, I delivered it at 1/4 as I received it, I have the fuel receipt, I have been charged for 30 + 26,16 for this reason, I completely disagree.

ETIENNE BTruck was not cleared of snow and ice, lady at the counter gave me a snow brush and said you take care of it. Not what I expected at a temperature of minus 23 degrees. No one toured the truck with me when I picked it up but upon returning it they said we'll tour the truck to inspect it and verify everything is as it was at check-in.

JEANNINE LJe n'ai pas eu à entrer dans l'établissement. Lors de la prise en charge du véhicule il y a une validation humaine du permis de conduire. Sur l'application mobile je me suis retrouvé avec une page blanche (avec une fléche gauche (en haut à gauche) et un 'X' en haut à droite). C'est insécurisant car on crois que l'application a un problème. À améliorer.

GIRALDY EEn juillet dernier j'avais loué un camion de 20' et l'expérience a été meilleure. En juillet on m'avait demandé une estimation du mileage que j'allais faire. Et hier, le jeune homme m'a tout simplement imposé 100miles comme estimation et je ne pouvais que l'accepter en raison du délai qui était trop courte devant moi. J'avais très mal compris que dans la même institution que les principes peuvent varier d'un agent à un autre. Et en plus je vois des frais non expliqués qui augmentent la facture alors que j'ai mis l'essence au retour. Normalement j'aurais dû payer 69$ toutes taxes comprises, mais je me suis paradoxalement retrouvé à une facture de 80$.

Claude LOnline check in, quite time consuming for taking photos overall. Maybe find a way to do this before getting truck (e.g. Driver license pictures).
Eric SHad problem with the app and couldn't pick it up myself. Needed to call live 24/7 service to pick up and to return the truck. Lost at least 1h30 total in the day just because of the app

Chantal PSimply tell the customer that the attached system of the trailler is perfectly safe without a supplementory safety pin. Everything was nicely done, before and at return of the leasing of the "5 x 8 hard covered trailer.
MARIO CMy experience this morning was awful. Problem was not with the location of the trucks, but with the app and U-Haul in general, and the app. App wouldn't recognize my position. GPS localisation was allowed, wouldn't work. Tryed reinstalling the app. Asked for identity verification at pick-up, when you should have asked for it in advance. Lost almost half an hour on all of this (on a 2 hours reservation, that's 25% of my time...) Return process is extermely long. Had to take roughly a 100 pictures. For each required position, app asked for like 5 or 6 pictures of the same thing. Extremely difficult and time consumming. I don't see this service as it is to be accessible to most people. I would expect some refund for the time I lost on my reservation. Would not recommend and don't thing I will be using in the future.

SERIGNE MThe pick up was a miserable experience. It took us 40 minutes to get our truck and the application was not working at all. We ended up having to do the registration over the phone to some guy I did not even know or was not even clear if he was for U-Haul. This dealer should not be authorized to provide your services. The in-person contact had no idea what he was doing and I think was living in a tent close to all the trucks. The truck had old kleenex in the seats and had not been cleaned for a while. When we got the truck, the gas tank was already 3/4 empty which put another delay in our day as we had a long road to do. This was a real bad experience for us which was not worth the $200.00 we spent. Thank you for acting on this.

Richard RIt would be a good idea if the trucks could include a backup camera. Not so customers are accustomed to drive a truck, so, backing up is somewhat of a challenge specially in tricky locations with multiple cars in the surroundings. The rearview mirror would help a lot and lessen the risk of an accident and improve the driving experience for those not qccostumed to driving a truck that often.

Yassin BI rented 12 protection covers. I used 10 of them. I folded them and put them in the back of the truck. The next day, I received a charge in my invoice for 12 covers as if I didn't return them. I have 2 witness that I folded them and they were left in the back of the truck. This is the last time I rent from UHaul. The truck was 7/8 full I filled it up. This is the thanks I get?
Michel RCamion en mauvaise condition, un rétroviseur qui ce déplaçait tout le temps rendant la conduite dangereuse, la porte de la boîtes difficile à fermer. Un cardan qui faisait du bruit.
