The issues I experienced was for a trailer that we used for about 3 or 4 hours, we had to wait for over 35 minutes but the sign on the door said be back in 15 minutes there was only 1 worker, I don’t blame her but to not have 2 people working is a horrible business model, a minimum of 2 workers should be available always, that way people cound take breaks, help customers, and potential emergencies. I paid for 2 days because I couldn't do a 1 day trailer and the trucks weren't working. This doesn't make me want to come back. I don’t blame the 1 person working, it's a poor business model, and a disappointment. U-Hall use to be amazing but this was torcher and expensive for next to no service I had to hook up the trailer myself because the worker didn't know how to do it. In the end I spent over 30 dollars for a 4 hour trip with a trailer, and had to buy the connector to be in compliance with the law because of the tail lights Which never was mentioned to start with I already had a connector but the trailer was a different connector, I am still very frustrated and disappointed, for a 4 hour trip. I feel robbed. Also, I had to disconnect the trailer and hand-walk it back to the spot where I started, which is ridiculous.

ANGELA PThe UHAUL I drove was very squeaky and high a high pitch that hurt my ears and my child’s. Even with the windows rolled up we were very uncomfortable and it was very inconvenient. We had a long drive and we dreaded it with the noise coming from the wheel. I personally believe a refund should be given for such things or something. That should have been addressed long time ago. That doesn’t happen over night.

When returning the key, I can’t remember the ladies name, but she was so friendly and just great customer service!!
