The location was very unorganized and did not have my truck share rental ready. I waited for an hour to have someone come in to the closed location to get my keys. After returning the equipment, it sat for over a week without being checked in, causing the equipment to be red barred and me wasting more time on phone calls to get it sorted out. And to make matters worse, this was the only piece of you all equipment at the rental location.

Alice SThis was a trainwreck from beginning to end. Vendor could not log in to complete my rental upon arrival. Waited for 45 minutes. Returned trailer after hours the same day and was charged for 2 days. Called the morning after my rental to tell them it was returned, and they did not care. Had to call 3 times and still did not get a confirmation. This site was a complete embarrassment.

Matt HGet them better internet/computer. It took me 45 minutes to get the keys to the truck after arriving there and that was even after I already pre-checked in online the day before with all of my insurance, license, details etc. Awful process and losing almost an hour on a very busy day of packing, moving was a huge inconvenience. Not to mention UHaul changed the pick up location the night before to a place way out of my way from my original pick up location adding another hour to my already long drive.
Jennifer Fu-haul had my drop off 35 minutes each way from this dealer, I dropped it at this closer dealer because I would have went over the alloted mileage. not to mention we were very busy that day moving in the new place. the dealer i was supposed to drop it at called me complaining that it was late being returned and i would be charged. very rudely too. i explained i had confirmed with u-haul the closer drop off and he swore and hung up.not very proffessional BoBo

Joel Ymaybe add a UHaul sign out front, i’ve been driving ost it for years when in that area and besides seeing trucks and trailer scattered amoungst the scrap they have you would drive right by, without gps that is

Tim AI had a 3 day rental dropped off when I was supposed to was charged for 2 extra days. Truck had half a tank of gas when I picked it up and it was written on the paperwork and It had more gas when I dropped it off then when I picked it up and I was still charged a total of $197.20. I'll never rent a truck from uhaul again

Peter CMake sure the quotes you give on the app actually match the price that’s charged. I was told 148 when I made my reservation, then paid almost 300 when I showed up to get it. Will not use again.

DON WNo one was at this location. The male attendant arrived late. I asked if I needed to stay and wait, he stated that he will send receipt via my email. I was than charged for an extra day. I’m glad I always check things and I immediately contacted the main office and my money was returned.

Cyril FThe day of pick up I called and was told by the owner that someone would be there to allow us to pick up the trailer by 9:15am. We arrived at 9:45 and there was no one there that could perform the pick up. They said to wait one hour for the rep. We waited until 11:45 when they arrived. No apology for the wait was even mentioned. When we returned the trailer at 10:46 am the next morning the office was wide open but there was no one there at all. We dropped the trailer in the same spot we picked it up from, went into the open office and left a note then left. The entire facility is a complete mess with old vehicles all over the place. How these people are even in business is unbelievable, They did not represent UHaul well at all.
Barbara gI would recommend this u-haul company because this is the only company close to our homes in the area. It was not a clean area, because it is attached to an automobile repair shop, should have a area separate for the u-haul and a parking area.The personal at the shop was friend and polite, very helpful with what the procedures was for returning the u-haul.

Norman GFirst off, it took 15 minutes before any realized that I was there in the office to pick up the truck. Then when things finally got going I had to wait 30 minutes at this location for someone to arrive to get into the computer. It was very frustrating. Then, someone from UHaul called me a week later and asked me when I planned on returning the truck!! I did return the truck the same evening! I was not a happy camper. In any event, next time I will go directly to UHaul.
JANE EFirst of all I had to go 20 minutes out of my way to drop the trailer off at this location because Uhaul wouldn't let me drop it off at the location 4 minutes from my house in Deltona or anywhere else. I arrived at this location the next day from rental date at 8:35 am. They were not open. No display of office hours listed anywhere for this operation. The was a gentleman sitting on a bench inside the locked gate whom I tried speaking to be he did not reply. Finally at 9:15 am someone who also could not get into the locked gate arrived and radioed a lady who seemed to work there. He then told me just to go ahead and leave they won't be here right away. So the gentleman in the truck left. When up the road and came back pulled up next to me telling me no one will be here till after 10 am and I should just leave. He said I have no paperwork to sign. They are going to just check it in when they get here and you will get an email. I advised him I would like to wait and he kept saying no one will be here for a while after 10 am if that. I then had no choice but to agree to leave and asked him if he needed my contract. He called the same lady again and said no. So I left. I called this location later on during the day after 10 am no answer. I did receive the email as advised. He gentleman wasn't friendly. I also would not rent from here again.
