Prompt, helpful, and courteous service, and probably the fastest and most efficient drop off I have experienced. We called with a few questions before the drop-off and received several helpful answers. All around excellent service makes it easy to recommend this location.

Durant was absolutely courteous & accommodating. A week prior, I had rented a cargo van from Budget in Roswell & that experience was poor, no comparison. From my call to the UHaul 800# to reserve, to the pick up & in between I received exceptional customer service. If you can rent from this location do it!

Average. Individual was late in opening office. We requested an 8 am pick up and our location was changed. The new one would not open until 9 and he was late in getting there.

Not much to say here. The location was closed, the truck was left in the lot with the key deposited in the overnight lock box.

Rental was set for 9am pickup with the location having business hours opening at 9am. I arrived and the person did not show up until 9:27am to open the store. The computer system on two separate systems was not working properly and made the process longer. I reserved an appliance dolly but was given a utility. I had movers arriving at 9:20 and paid them to stand around.

Someone being at the desk would've been nice...or at least someway to get assistance. I yelled "helloooo" through 3 different doors. Finally just had to leave the keys and info on the desk.

I had to do the night box drop-off at 4pm on a Monday afternoon as they were closed when we arrived. Parking was limited along the street.

They left side tail lights were not working and brake light was not working called mr. Durant at the place I rented from safe and secure storage he took care of it said don't worry about it he would put in a work order request

Was charged extra for milage due to the fact that I was told by the person that wrote up the rental contract that I could return the truck to any uhaul store in my area. Upon the return which was less that 2 miles of my residence I was told I had to return the truck where I rented it which caused my mileage to be greater than originally intended. So was over charged more than 11.00 on my card account. Very displeased with the uhaul store I used for misinformation Thanks for your prompt attention

My official drop off location didn't exist. You gave me the wrong address and phone number so I spent an hour driving all around my town searching for a place that wasn't even there. I finally said whatever and dropped it off here. I got charged for the extra mileage searching for the nonexistent location and also a charge for dropping the truck off at a different place specified. I've emailed your customer service with no response. Ridiculous.

IT WASN"T EVEN A PLACE OF BUSINESS JUST A CONSTRUCTION SITE I USED THE ONLINE CHECKIN AND IT STILL TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET CHECKED IN THEN HE DIDNT HAVE MY DOLLY AND TO LEAVE TO GET IT SO I HAD TO WAIT LONGER I WOULD NOT EVER RENT A UHAUL AGAIN I WOULD GO THROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY
