The fuel consumption gauge is a distraction in my own personal opinion pointless and made me take my eye off of the road when not necessary again my on personal opinion

I rented for 24 hours picked up at 9am and returned at 3pm same day …fast forward to two days later I get a message that I didn’t return my equipment and it was going to be reported stolen because someone didn’t check in that I returned my rental

I arrived to get truck at 7:30 the Uhaul app wasn't working and I couldn't get the key for the truck so I sat in the cold after being dropped off I froze for 2 hours until a nice helpful young man arrived and checked me in and I got my key and all went well from there. I will most likely return yet again seeing I have rented probably 10 or more Uhauls in my adult life, good job yall

There was a leak in my original storage unit that ruined a majority of my belongings. I did have insurance on the unit but the damages went well above the amount insured. The manager at the storage unit was friendly and did a good job at helping me "resolve" the issue. Which ended in being switched to another storage unit, which was fine, there was no leaks in that unit that I was aware of. The unit they moved me to was also larger and they upgraded me to it "free of charge" as well as lent me moving tools such as dollies, to make the switch easier. But it doesn't change the fact I lost a lot of my stuff and some of it wasn't replaceable. Not to mention the mold that began growing due to the mositure in the unit, along with the strong smell of mold on everything that was kept in that unit. I tried my best to keep Damp Rid in the unit, and air it out when possible but I could only do so much. Additionally, there was a huge roach/bug problem. We did NOT have bugs prior to moving our stuff to the unit. I was told it was probably due to the water and moisture in the unit. I repeatedly spent money on bug bombs and baits to try my best to make sure I would not be transferring bugs to where I live. Yes, the facility did offer to replace the poison that they use but if you've ever had a roach problem, you know it is extremely hard to get rid of them. The office hours personally were not convenient for me but they could be for others. But the manager was pretty good at answering calls and getting back with you as soon as possible if he missed your call. Overall I would not recommend due to the water damage, mold and roaches, it was a huge loss. I would not want any one else to experience the same thing, even though the facility said they check the units regularly and the water leak was "odd" and a "fluke".

I highly recommend All-Safe Mini Storage! They are very professional, courteous, and accommodating. When a storm opened up the roof of my storage unit, they immediately provided me with a larger storage unit to move to, at no extra charge.

Absolutely wonderful people and the unit was great. The only negative was that the buildings are so close together, and the corners so tight, that I could not take my U-haul truck directly to my unit...I had to shuttle my storage items from the parking lot to the unit in a smaller truck.

Although the truck we received was almost brand new, they did not inspect the truck properly. It had scapes all the way down both sides of the 26' truck that they did not notated until we pointed it out to them. The Truck had less than 5k miles on it and it was clean so we accepted it. About half way on our trip the transmission poured fluid out on our vehicles that was following behind which made us check the under carriage of the UHaul. Sp glad we did before taking it across the mountains into Tennessee. UHaul however, set us up with a hotel room and another truck and really listened to our needs and concerns. They went above and beyond to make sure we were first safe and also back on the road. I highly appreciate the professionalism that each member of the Uhaul staff provided.

Actually provide the equipment people pay for. I was charged for a dolly that was not in the truck when picked up. Unfortunately I had to pay for an additional day and was charged 14 total for something I never received. If you couldn’t provide it, I should have been told and not charged. Otherwise everything was good.

My experience was a great one, the unit was clean and the staff has always been respective and responsive with assistance when needed. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in need of short or long term needs. I truly thank the staff for all it has done with my term of storage needs. Worst uhaul experience I ever had . Did truck share to check in without people, only to find they did not put keys in lock box , the business that I was picking up was soposed to open at 9am and they did not show up till 9:50 . The truck had listed 7/8 of a tank of fuel soposedly, when I started truck it had 4 miles to empty --the counter guy was so late and behind I had no choice but to leave with a empty uhaul , I called and made the note on pickup cause the atterndent for lack of a better words sucked . no help at all. Made a note --got charged for fuel on return which resulted in 2 more calls to get that fixed . Uhaul had napkin trash and dirty inside and to top it all off . had to be jumpstarted 2 times in my presence due to a crap battery . I own a auto shop. This was the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul.

Great Storage Place! I rented there 2+ years although moving my belongings from a smaller unit to a larger unit and back to a smaller unit, they always had one available for my use. Very Friendly staff and very competitive cost. I would recommend this storage facility.

Quick response by email with updates on units such as lock code change, fee changes. If I sent an email I would receive a response within the hour from management. Great place to store your home furniture and personal items. Great staff.

The New Management is doing everything they can to upgrade the property. However, New Lighting and better security cameras are needed on the 6th street location. Also the property needs to be better fumigated for bugs. The Management did provide glue traps but these need to be updated every month at least. In Florida we have Roaches you could put saddles on. Also the gaps on top of each unit needs to be addressed. A Unscrupulous person or group could enter a unit from a open unit and Rob you blind.

I have not needed a storage unit for years. I highly recommend All-Safe Mini Storage. They prepped the unit to keep "critters" out and it was very clean upon move in. The whole process of renting and then providing notice and moving out was so simple and easy and the folks you deal with are super nice and easy to work with. Never any problems and had the unit around a year.

They weren't there. Then they charged me for 19 gallons of fuel. It has more fuel in it when I returned it than when I got it! This is not right! I am contacting uhaul to have it resolved. Not sure what game we're playing?!

The rental was smooth and the employee was helpful. There was a small amount of blood on the seat of the truck and there was an almost empty soda bottle in the cup holder. The truck also seemed like it could use a front end alignment Feel the charge was a bit pricey I left more gas in it than I started with. But if and when I have to move again I will use this location for another rental

The only reason we left is there was a HIGH jump almost double the monthly rent on the shed. And that was too much. I understand things are going up but a almost double increase. I would have understood a $20.00 increase but double I could not see paying that.

They pro rate you in but leaving you pay for the whole month whether your there or not. Just a way to get the last bit of money from you. I will never be a customer again

iNFORMED PERSONNEL ABOUT GAS ISSUE AND HE SAID HE WOULD CHECK TRUCK AFTER WE LEFT. HE DID NOT WANT TO DO INSPECTION WHILE WE WERE PRESENT ALTHOUGH THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE AT THE FACILITY. ADDITIONALLY, I PAID INSURANCE AT ORIGINATING RENTING FACILITY AND GOT CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL INSURANCE FEE OF 18.00 DOLLARS AFTER RETURNING THE TRUCK. GREAT WAY TO TREAT RETIRED MILITARY UHAUL!

Tell people when they pick the key not to put the key in the drop box until after going through the drop off procedure. We had no idea we had to take pictures after we took the truck to the drop off location. We just locked the door and put the keys in the box. Thankfully we took pictures before leaving for our records.

The truck was clean, the shifter was lose and got stuck when shifting from drive to rev. I only drove the truck 6 miles, and I put 1 gal of gas back in the truck, I guess it only gets 2 MPG because they charged me for 3 gals of gas. when I called to question the charges they said there was nothing they could do, that Uhaul was in control of that. I will not rent Uhaul again, Penske is the way to go, i have never had an issue with Penske.

The only that no that disappoints me is I never got an itemized receipt saying why my price went up so high. He said he would email me one and I never received it. The truck was only $30 to rent plus mileage and I ended up paying $184. With no explanation of why. I would really love that receipt for my records.

My controlled temperature unit had a water leak and ruined two king size bedroom sets, mattresses and a few other items. Mold all over my things. I am so disappointed in them. They only offered $2,000.00 which will not replace a mattress, much less two bedroom sets, a beautiful, heavy sofa table and other things. I sent quotes for replacement bedroom sets only and kept in mind the owner is just that, a business owner and small businesses struggle. With that in mind, I went cheaper than I wanted to. I am currently sleeping on a blow up mattress and furniture wait time is anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. The storage unit called me and said there was a water leak in my unit, then a bit later caed snd said never mind, that it was not my unit when in fact my unit was affected and my things ruined. We ended up putting all that moldy furniture un my daddys burn pile. Didn't want it in the house at all. I have severe allergies and mold is one of my highest.
