Store attendant was extremely unhelpful. He did not explain that I needed to submit photos of the uhaul through the live link. He simply said to take photos before I left the lot. I took my photos on my iPhone before leaving the lot and was not able to upload them afterwards through the link. The directions for how to do this was not explained to me. I picked up the truck at 5:30 pm and the store attendant did not explain to me how drop off works after hours or that I was even dropping the rental off after hours. I left my car in the parking lot since it was only a two hour rental and he called me saying he was going to lock my car in the gates since they close at 6:30. This also confused me since I wasn’t aware at all my rental would exceed the location’s hours or how to drop the truck off after hours. The store attendant took a very long time to type three phone numbers into the computer and simply sent me on my way with no direction. Very frustrating experience.
