Threaten to charge me for cleaning $25 fee I said I want rent another day said no cause he would have to do the paper all over again. Ridiculous.(°~°)

The vehicle was not ready as promised. The staff stated that the previous renter promised to have it back by 8 a.m., but did not arrive until 9:30 a.m. I'd had to take a bigger truck because I didn't want to wait.

the manager tried to help.... but the miscommunication was a problem with him and roadside.....and it took another hour to figure out the problem and send us to a third location!! Forcing us to loose more time.

I dropped off truck after hours. Lighting was minimal. There was no clear indication of where truck should be parked. Key drop box was not easy to see. There was a dog guarding behind the fence, which made looking for the key drop box a bit of an adventure of nerves.

When the owner asked me how many miles I would traveling, and I told him that I would drive approximately 65 to 70 miles round trip. However, when I returned the truck is when I was told a different amount of $1.09 to $1.29 per mile. I had no choice but to pay this extra fee which, I really didn't appreciate paying as he should have informed me upfront.
