The location gave me a truck with no gas. It was literally on E. I had to put gas in the truck twice and I only drove about 30 miles. The inside of the truck had dirt everywhere and even had someone’s dirty beanie. As I was dropping the truck back off at the same location as I picked it up from, they really expected me to fill the tank to 3/4. Which I didn’t think it was fair since they gave it to me Empty. He said that all of his trucks were on E and the gas was siphoned.

MANUEL CThis is the second time I have rented from this location and the vehicle was below E at a scary level and it forces you to have a heart attack as you rush over to the gas station to immediately put fuel in it instead of starting on your journey to whatever it is, you are using the truck for and by the time that you realize it’s completely on E or below you like today you’ve already started the process on your phone of accepting the vehicle and you can’t go back.

Kathryn EParticular longer than I expected to rent the van because the computer wasn't picking up the pricing that was downloaded on the website. It took about an hour before the computer to put in the discounted rate that that I was to receive. That cost me to be behind schedule about 2 hours. That was the one and only issue that I had was the discounted rate would not apply to the contract and it took too long. Which love does working to load the van throughout the middle of the night. Update the computer systems to include the discounted rates that the customers are supposed to receive.

Stephanie FThe first truck that we had been given the keys for had the windshield wipers stolen from it, and then the second replacement truck was given to us in downright dangerous condition. We went to put fuel in the vehicle, and recognized that both the fuel line and the fuel tank had been compromised. The fuel line was held together with tape, and the tank was covered with putty where it was drilled into. I not only wasted my money on a rental vehicle I was not able to use, but also my gas, as well as my time. There was clearly no inspection of the vehicles prior to their rental and it is unethical as a business to be allowing people to drive off with trucks in this condition.

Anthony CThe location was fine. The only thing poor was the vehicles cleanliness. It had a cigar in the drink holder and the drink holder was sticky like the previous person spilled a sugary drink. It doesn’t really have anything to do with the location, but I can see how some vehicles cleanliness may be affected of not actually checked by a human. The cigar made the drive to my home with my belongings very difficult. I have used U-Haul many many times and have never experienced this. I do like the automated feature you guys now offer, but am unsure if I will ever use it in the future.

Jeremy BThe check in process took way too much time, most of those verifications should have been done in advance. The website often stalled and the agent was non responsive. This was my first experience renting a vehicle and there was little to no information for me which was very stressful. Thankfully I had a friend who guided me, I would have never known to refuel. The key box at the origin site was not at the origin site it was two properties over which was extremely unclear. The key drop offsite did not match the image on the website at all, nor did the website nor physical site provide any indication of where the return box was which is pretty tacky considering it was a uhaul site. Parking was atrocious and challenging to maneuver at both sites.

Patrick LI didn't know about the rental instruction video. So I ended up returning the truck by just dropping off the key in the drop box without doing all the stuff I was supposed to do upon returning such as taking pictures as evidence. Having a big and clear writing on the box to "watch and follow the returning instruction" would help better.
Naoko HEverything was great at the UHaul location. Our truck rental had the engine light come on but the location had a mechanic on site to fix the concern and we were on our way. The staff is friendly and polite through the whole time of pickup.
Beatriz SAfter booking a truck, I was then called and told that the truck was not available. That is so unprofessional. The web experience was delayed in informing me that I would have to use the 24/7 checkout process. It informed me a day late, where originally I was supposed to do an in-person checkout. This change interfered with my moving plans. Speaking with customer service to obtain help on going through with this online checkout process was lackluster. The agent literally laughed at my concern. Uhaul's poor customer service over the phone combined with changing my checkout process and available truck a day after I booked it will now be a reason not to use Uhaul in the future. I'm done with your company.

eric yMy bill came to 33.85 and you charged me 43.63 overdrawing my account. I have the receipt .and I picked it up with half tank gas. He said that it was full, my sister was with me. Really this how you do business give me my ten dollars back. 2092914914
