RUSLAN SOwner/ Operator at the Sheridan U-Hual location was extremely professional and kind. He helped me with all the questions I had. He was quick to get me a reservation and I felt happier after my experience. I would leave 10 starts if I could.

ann bThe mothers attic had a bad water leak above the passenger side making it impossible to put anything in it and had to use tarps to keep furniture in lower part of truck from getting wet and ruined. Basically defeated the whole purpose of renting the truck! So I spent $400 and could have just used an open trailer and accomplished the same thing. Very upsetting

Jeff FThere needs to be a little better available. Howard's in Lebanon did not have any Closed trailers. I know the new Uhaul dealer (Collins Equipment), and he said he still does not understand inventory- he went weeks with NO Availability of anything. I had to drive all the way from Zionsville to Sheridan just to return the trailer. Not convenient.
