Easy pick up and drop off, friendly staff.

It's a mini-mart. I asked one person where to park. He was very helpful. Another person came out while I was dropping off via the app. She didn't seem to know there was an app. She got into the cab to check the odometer, even though the engine was not on and I had the key. I asked her if I should lock the hand-truck and moving blankets in the back in the truck with the lock, and she was confused. When I showed her the U-Haul padlock, she asked if it was mine. I moved everything into the store, like she asked me to. It turned out ok, but it was strange experience.

The house that’s attached to the back of the building where the truck is parked is very run down and looks unsafe. Otherwise fantastic experience

I got overcharged, owner said I drove 50 miles, when I actually drove less than 30, my move was 2 miles from truck location, I moved across the street from my previous address, stayed overnight at a friend's house less than 8 miles away, 16 miles round trip, back to my old place, did not go back and force, 1 place, then drop off to the other, engine light was on as well low tire pressure, I am disputing the overage!! DON'T RENT FROM HERE!!!

Great location, easy on line access for ordering your vehicle type

I rent at least once a year and each time it becomes more work than it should be. Of the last 4 times I've rented, 3 times I had to pick up AND drop off at a different location than I requested. I called to ask for lenience for my return time which took over an hour to accomplish. When we returned the unit, I was still charge an additional day. I called today to request a credit which was granted. however, I don't appreciate all the time I've spent calling and being transferred, etc. I am also bothered that the additional 12 miles I had to drive to pick up and drop off was charge to me at $1.39 per mile. This is not a large amount, however, the extra charge has NOTHING to do with me as I requested pick up and drop off at my storage unit.

The truck was clean but the engine light was on and has trouble shifting. Fortunately i only had to drive about 8 miles. Not the locations fault, but the truck needs to be serviced.

No one told me about I was going to be charge by mile. The person on the phone and at the office told me by day. Uhaul truck rental = Scammers. Would not recommend this location or any other uhaul truck rental location if you are traveling over 5 miles. Why would I rent a truck if its going to be per mile????If I know that I will travel for 2 hours to another city? PLUS I PAID FOR THE FUEL, I would just pay to a REAL moving company. Please uhaul people be honest dont miss lead people by telling them its $39 per day, its by miles too.

Provide a full tank of gas upon pick up. My truck rental was around 3/4 full. I returned it in the same spot and got charged for gas. I have pictures of before and after. The needle is in the same spot. I would like a refund.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. My reservation was messed up multiple times. I was confirmed a larger truck and didn’t get it. I waited for over thirty minutes to be checked out because the woman kept stopping to help other customers before me. I didn’t get 24 hours to return it as I should have. The man when returning the truck was rude to my husband. I’ll never rent from here again and never from U-Haul either.

Truck had check engine light on when I picked it up, ran poorly, was supposed to have a full gas tank but didn't, and I was charged $40 more than I was supposed to but I couldn't contest it, as I had no chance to even see the final bill until hours later when it was emailed to me. Use someone else!!!!!!!!!!!

the lady at counter keeping let later customer cutting in and checking out grocery which make the process longer than expected. And they said tank is full, but before I return the truck, for less than 10miles road, I put in more than 2 gallons gas. Which is more than I expected. Totally not good experience.

I was driving the truck on I405 north between exit 18 and 26 from Kirkland to Bothell. There's regular bumps in the right lane on I405 and I drive my regular car on. I was going 55mph and the truck violently jumped to the left causing me to slightly go into the next lane and then bounced towards the right guardrail. It did this violently for 2 seconds, I thought the truck was going to wreck. The suspension is dangerous and might cause an accident. Have a mechanic replace the shock absorbers and check the springs. Check engine light was on. Light debris inside back of truck Staff at the rental station was nice.

Took a long time to check in. The van smells bad and it looks like the side door is broken. On the drive, the sensor keeps going off that the side door isn't fully close but we did try to close it and it didn't work. We figured out that it's just broken because when we lock the car, we can open the side door. (We rent a van). The van smells bad but I guess that's normal. Overall, my experience is just okay,

Negligence: The company allowed me and grandmother to drive a faulty truck DESPITE having prior documented knowledge of the truck having an extremely loose passenger side view mirror AND the steering wheel not being aligned properly. The danger this presents is astronomical and could lead to serious bodily harm and posses a treat to human life on the road. How could a company have reports on this truck, yet still rent it out to consumer ? Please explain this to me... The $165.00 charge for this experience will be disputed properly and i will do everything i can to make sure no one rents that truck. Unlike your business, I actually care about the safety of people. The truck is the 10foot bed, and had a Pringles lid on the passenger side, not cleaned and had just over 110,000 miles. I really hope uhaul steps in because this is concerning

Van was dirty from previous rental? Seems like a lot of food was transported in the vehicle. Strong smells coming from the back so I took pictures of it when I picked up the unit to protect me from getting a cleaning fee charge. Other than that the booking process was super easy and return was super easy.

The 26' truck we rented had the front bumper fall off minutes after leaving the rental pick up location. The brakes were incredibly spongey and if you put your foot down anything other than lightly the brake alarm would beep continuously until you turned the engine off.

During the check-in they gave me a paper showing the alleged "gas" amount in the van. I showed them the tank saying it's inaccurate and the lady said "Oh it's the same. So just fill it back to where it is now upon return." I thought maybe I misread the paper. When I returned I added gas and the line went above the original amount YET they charged me for gas. When I contested a guy on the counter got passive aggressive with me with a smirk talking about the paper I signed. I showed him before and after papers after he threatened me with the paper I signed. I have zero trust to this location now. I think they try to play games with the gas amounts. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If I don't get refunded the illegitimate gas charge within 3 business days, I'll contact my visa card to dispute the charges.

There is very limited parking and the managers are rude, demanding you park the truck on the premises where there is no space or they won’t check it as returned. Truck was parked parallel to a fire lane, in the lane a little but not impeding. S he went crazy and I wasn’t having it! I’ll never rent from this location and would encourage others to steer clear, you’ll be sorry. Not a user friendly operation.

Wouldn’t give me a receipt for drop off. Eventually put it through that I dropped it off the next day, so it would charge me an extra day. Reached out to customer service and haven’t heard a word back. Very unimpressed and upset.

Equipment was faulty and dirty, had last customers trash inside and vehicle had many issues including a "door ajar" alert that kept beeping at me, extremely low tire pressure, and breaks
