MCKINSEY WI am not sure if this was a trailer issue or not. When backing up the trailer, regardless of how the front wheels on the vehicle were turned, the trailer went left. I've never seen a trailer do this and not change direction when the pulling vehicle turns the opposite direction.

Ernesto OI have lived in Colorado Springs for 8 years and have needed a U-Haul on a couple of occasions. I only go to All Star Rental on S. Tejon. They always have the right equipment and availability of trucks that are clean and serviced. Great staff, super helpful, and convenient. I have witnessed the staff interact with other customers and everyone is treated with the utmost kindness and is a priority. Get all your moving stuff from Josh and the All-Star Rental team.

Ned BWe couldn't get the truck and trailer at the same location or the location I requested originally. Picked up the truck at one place, then had to go to another for the trailer. At the trailer location, we were told the lights didn’t work. They tried to fix it, then sent us back to the original U-Haul. They couldn’t fix it either and told us to take it as-is since there were no other options. We left the house at 8:30 AM for a 9 AM pickup and didn’t return until 2 PM to start packing. We had already paid movers and had to delay them for several hours. We still had to pay them while they were sitting around doing nothing while we waited on the truck.

Robert DIt’s unfortunate that U-Haul made me switch my pickup location. The price was more because taxes were increased and my rental cost me like $40 more than it was supposed to be. The local All Star Rental team was awesome though.
Justin MSomething was broken on the truck. It rattled so violently that nuts came off of bolts, shelves and furniture came apart, collapsed, and broke. Drinks bounced out of the cup holder. And my neck, shoulders, arms, and wrists are killing me. No reduced pricing. Nothing. I can barely move my left arm. I had about $900 worth of damage done to my property..... so ya.

Michael HWe always rent from All Star Rental for our moving needs. They are always patient with our questions and are well stocked with extra moving supplies such as mattress covers, moving blankets, boxes, among other things. We have rented trailers and trucks there. The items we reserve are always available when we come pick them up. And they are open at 8am M-S and 9am on Sunday. This really helps us get a start on the day.

Gerald LThis is the best U-Haul location I have ever experienced. It is well staffed, it has available trucks, it can locate trucks for you, it has a large inventory of U-Haul products, they are open 7 days a week, and the staff is very experienced.
