I had my unit paid in advance, (due to the fact they double charged me and wouldn’t refund me my money) and they still managed to disable my access code and lost records of me having a unit on the property. After my 3rd call to the corporate office I was given a temporary code to enter and 24 hours later they restored my account. Just to sum it all up.

I could not talk to a person but on the phone. The kiosk was not working properly and we could not understand each other then the customer service person has technical difficulties and gave me a number to call. The security of the facility was such that a car could not get in but by the security gate. But there is an opening that anyone could access inside the fence next to the unattended office. I do appreciate the use of the facility it was convenient for me and nothing bad happened over the 13 months I rented there . Just frustrating the one time I needed help the facilities dis not work.

All Star was great! I had 2 outdoor units with them for off season boat storage. The boats were always safe and secure just the way I left them.

The snow removal is pathetic No ice removal or salt at all ! I feel 6 times on the ice in front of ALL THE NORTH FACING UNITS that do not get any Sun to melt the ice 6 to 8 feet across the entire length of the building Then I was charged an extra month's rent for not giving "WRITTEN NOTICE OF MOVING OUT " RIDICULOUS WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS

I know it was hard for me to make payments and I understand that's why my unit was sold but there could have been a little more understanding on the facilities part helping people keep there units.. I just lost alot of valuables and sentimental things..

There was never anyone in the office, and our items were full of mouse droppings and many things were water damaged.

This facility is not user friendly for travel trailer storage, not enough space in the yard. Someone needs to clean up the pallets and debris along the fence line.

In the entire time I had the storage unit I never seen or spoke with anyone. The office was closed due to covid which I understand. I was able to rent the unit at the kiosk without contact with anyone. I paid with auto pay monthly without contact. But for some reason when I wanted to stop renting I couldn't do that through the kiosk and I was told I needed to provide written notice of leaving by the 20th of the month. I moved out on the 13th and put a hand written not in the Dropbox at the office door. Hopefully this is enough. Possibly add the ability to end the rental agreement through the kiosk. Thank You... I rented a "cube" and when I went to it the cube had a hole in it and the bottom was wet. I called back and I was told that there was nothing else available in the size I needed. I have received an email that I moved out, and it was dated one day after I paid for my unit but I'm still waiting on my refund because I never m9ved in - not even for one day.

Even when my unit was one broken into when some kids broke into a few units. Staff here were so kind and thorough in making sure nothing was taken and that I was taken care of. I only left because I lost my job and couldn't afford the unit anymore

I was supposed to receive a call on several occasions regarding access and billing issues and never did. I also have an issue with having to be out of the unit by the 22nd to avoid paying for another full month rent.

Rented 92 and it doesn’t exist. Walked around 45 minutes. Manager tried tell me to put my stuff in 114 and he’d fix it. Called to charge me $60 more. Rented elsewhere. Nice try on the bait and switch.

Great experience. I moved here from California and needed a place to store my large trailer while we looked for a home to buy. I called at least 20 different storage places and Eric was the best.

Awful! Unit was full of spider webs and dirt. They put their lock on my unit 1st night. Manager was rude and disrespectful.Took an hour to get someone to take lock off.

I will not be using your facility to park my RV. All though the storage units look fine, your outdoor parking is really non-existent. Hopefully you can expand your RV parking area.

They were polite and professional during sign in. I am storing a 31 foot travel trailer there. Unfortunately it is not quite adequate for that size trailer. It is a tight fit.
