Nothing to approve customer services always excellent far and beyond plus I rent it a storage there and the lady there is so nice and she goes far and beyond with customer service hospitality I can go on and on I’m going to always rent my van from there or a truck if I need it A++++++*******

Great customer service, but extremely disappointed by the multiple fees including charging per mile. $112??? Really?
DAVID SI saw trucks behind the locked gate and in front of the gate. I didn’t know which one was mine. That was confusing. I paid for a couch cover, but that was not loaded inside my truck. I want a refund.
Tim RMy pick up was changed from the original location to this one. Picking up took far too long. Check in process was unnecessarily long. I was charged for fuel even though I returned rental with fuel.

JOSEF BThe person who helped me check out the truck was helpful, even with the UHaul app crashing constantly and my before-hours pickup not working due to UHaul's own issues. He helped me to ge the truck checked out despite all of this, and we were able to move in time. My main request to UHaul would be to streamline the app experience and make it more reliable - having an app crash constantly on the morning of your moving day is a sour way to start the whole experience.
