Noone on site. Minimal cell phone reception, thus i could not download the uhaul app to vheck in equipment.

Ian WMy comments are more about the self-checkout and self-checkin experience from both the full web site and the mobile app. I have an Android phone and could not find from either the full web site or the mobile app where to start the checkout process. My son-in-law was with me and from his iOS device had the link and we completed the checkout from his phone. When I checked-in, I used my mobile app and was able to locate the link for checking in. After prompting me to take a picture of the fuel and mileage gauge, the app would loop back to step 1. Like the definition of insanity, I wasted 20 minutes repeating the process over and over again until I finally manually entered the mileage. I don't know if this was due to a bug in the app or a weak cell signal but it was a horrible user experience. Access to public WiFi at the site may have yielded a better experience but I really don't know if it was a signal strength issue or faulty application. Please make sure this feedback gets to the right U-Haul corporate level.

Jonathan JRenter beware, I was able to select counter pickup for a location that does not have an office. After switching my reservation to mobile, I discovered there was no equipment on the truck, which I was able to note during my pickup process. However, on returning the truck I was charged the rental fee for the missing equipment. The truck was clean, but made a clunking sound when the wheel was turned hard one direction. Also the brakes squealed the entire time the truck was moving and pulsed very bad. This made for a very unpleasant ride.
Michael SAGAIN...another UNMANNED location. Once we dropped it off, we did not know how or when we were going to be informed that the drop off was accepted. Just an overall very bad experience with U-Haul. Next time we will probably just have our car shipped - it will be half the price and less hassle!!
Lorraine AI was called Friday evening to confirm my pickup and was informed I could pick up the truck earlier, which helped me a lot. Friendly service & easy pickup & drop off. Highly recommend!!!
Elsa YThe manager was fully understanding as my drop off day had to be extended by a day related to the under loading company I hired never showed up. I had to unload the truck by myself and I just had back surgery 3 months, I was ordered by my surgeon not to lift anything over 15 pounds. With that said, I had to go very slowly and went over my time limit in returning the truck. The manager understood my situation and I thank him very much.

Douglas EThere is no one on staff at this location which would be fine except there’s no cell signal and no Wi-Fi at the location in order to do rental through the app. I had to drive up and down the road five minutes about 15 times in order to go through every step of the rental app, and then I had to do the same thing when I returned it. Completely ridiculous experience I will never rent from this location again unless this problem is fixed
Scott DI picked up an auto transport here and a uhaul truck elsewhere so billing became complicated but that was a uhaul issue, not this location

Samantha KI returned the truck with the appropriate amount of gas. I have pictures for proof and gas receipts for proof. Uhaul charged me $45 for gas. I have not heard back from uhaul. Very poor customer service
