Truck wheel bearing nearly came off while I was on the highway. Autoshop said it was held on by the break clamp only. That is not a well maintained truckKOLE D.

The gentleman I talked to prior to dropping the truck off and after dropping the truck off had no customer service skills whatsoever. When he answered the phone it was just hello. I wasn't certain if I got a hold of U-Haul or not I had to ask.Karin V.

Tell a customer the full check in/out process especially when there is no one in the building to help. I was not aware of certain policies for checking out, like taking a picture of the odometer. All I was told was to lock the door and put the key in the security box. Even a 'don't turn in the key until the online return process is done' would have been helpful.Montanna B.

They assisted us in loading the car and making sure it was secure! I did not get the truck I reserved nor did I get the pickup location i had requested. i am not sure why you switch these items with out informing me! We had to go to multiple locations to get boxes and packing supplies!Rick M.
I moved 4 blocks. the location where I reserved the truck is 7 blocks away from the condo. Half of the miles used were picking up and dropping off the truck. I was under the impression the truck would be at the closer office. I paid about $15 more due to mileage! not happy about that vl hesseVaughn H.
