To start with I had several uhaul locations within 20 miles of the house I was moving from. Uhaul made me drive two hrs to pick up a truck. I had problems with both pieces of equipment. Car dolly the tail lights where going in and out and eventually stopped working. The chains didn’t have both hooks to hook to my car. The rackets needs oiled they get stuck and can hardly get them to work. The uhaul I had problem putting gas in the tank. Took me 30 mins to get it filled cause I had to hold the nozzle at a certain angle and vary hold trigger down. Overall not a very good experience. And after talking with several uhaul representatives you would think I would receive some kinda of discount.

Super nice person. Doug was very helpful and I was out of there in about 15 minutes tops! When I brought back the cargo trailer he unhooked me and I was on my way in 5 minutes or less.

The gentleman that assisted( Joel )is his name)....if I got that right if not, I apologize. He was understanding, kind, he shook my hand and greeted me with a smile on his face! Wonderful individual. Thanks again. 🙂 It was a good pleasure. I would definitely recommend Uhaul to everyone I know and then some. Thanks Joel!!

I did not even have to get out of my vehicle, he unloaded the trailer and said he would take care of everything. Was concerned if everything went ok. Thanked me for choosing U-Haul. Whole return process took less than ten minutes.
