Staff were wonderful. They really took care of me under less than ideal circumstances. They were there every step of the way. The only complaint I have is the UHaul software and its poor functionality. It took 25 minutes to get the software to accept a valid drivers license via the ridiculous image upload feature. If UHaul requires a drivers license upload, then they need to provide a properly calibrated machine at their rental locations to do so. When a customer is moving, they don't have the time to waste 25 minutes playing personal drivers license photographer.
