The truck was filthy and sticky inside the cabin. The cabin also smelled horribly of BO. The back of the truck had a ton of dirt inside, nails, and napkins that had to be cleaned before I could put my items inside it. There was only one truck at this site so I had no other option than to take the truck and clean it myself. I don't understand why I had to drive 30 minutes away when there were several UHauls close to my house. The online reservation is a joke.Esther B.

I honestly have nothing I can even pull from that needed improvement with my experience. I had the best customer service agents. The friendliest and most helpful and knowledgeable. The guy who owns the place said that U-haul never told him that we had an 11 am pick-up and didn't show up to work until about 1:30 in the afternoon which really messed up our move since we were running on a tight schedule. That being said even though he claimed it was U-Hauls fault he also had a few people show up while I was waiting that said they had appointments with him to work on their cars so I don't fully trust that he was telling the truth.Anton C.

I booked a truck for 10:30 AM on a Saturday and received all the necessary confirmations by email. U-Haul changed the pick-up location to a nearby dealer. When we arrived there, the business was closed. We had planned to use the 24/7 app to pickup the truck, but it just said that we had to wait for "hand delivery" at 11 AM when the business opened. So we waited for 45 minutes until someone finally showed up at the business. At this point the app started working and allowed me to start the pickup process. After all of that, the app said to proceed to the desk to get the key. I did so, and the attendant was not trained on U-Haul and did not know where to get the key. After the attendant contacted the business owner, the owner said that the key was in an exterior lock box and that he did not have the code. I then spent 20 minutes on hold with U-Haul to try to get the code for the box. We finally rolled off the lot at 11:45 AM (from a 10:30 AM reservation time). After this experience, I will never use U-Haul again.Reid S.

When I took the truck to the location I was emailed to return it to.therr was no one there. I stood outside in the cold searching for drop box. Googled uhaul number near by they gave me a manager number he hung up on me and an hour and a half later my Uber went from $11 to $43. Horrible experience normally I never have issues with uhaul but this was by far the worse.Llatoya D.

I had a very positive experience. The gentleman who serve me at this location was knowledgeable, friendly, and it was clear he was interested in providing me the best level of service possible. I would without hesitation highly recommend this location. I would also say that the value I received was exceptional. There is no obvious U-Haul signage at this site. You have to look for the trucks mixed in with cars in the parking lot which is not real easy because I only saw two trucks. The person I interacted with was great, particularly courteous when I indicated I would be late picking up the truck.Neil D.

The person was very helpful and stayed longer than hours required because the reservation module was not working properly. When I made the reservation, I mistyped the date and tried to change. It did not work..... The person renting me the trailer made the rental work! Thanks to him I had a satisfactory rental.Howard S.
This location was the only good thing about the experience. I made a reservation and had confirmation made all my moving plans around truck to get a call stating that they made a mistake and I could not have the truck during the time i needed it....they found a smaller truck at this location which entailed more work, more mileage, more time, and more money out of pocket for me.....my last 2 experiences with uhaul have been horrible and the folks handle reservations misinform customers. .....moving is stressful enough and to have last minute issues is not a good thing....the gentlemen at this location was great and it was obvious he was not employed by uhaul....but you shiuld consider taking some customer service tips from him... The uhaul staff i talked with had a non caring attitude about a situation they created and then I paid for....it was ridiculous....you can not secure reservations and then just say nope sorry.....Charity L.

your agent at that location is outstanding in customer service and is quite competent. The15 foot box truck worked fine for what I needed done. you might consider placing a pick up truck or cargo van there as it is in down town, I would expect it to be in demand.jan S.

I would be okay recommending but we personally had s bad experience because of miscommunication amongst your staff. The owner was told we would arrive at 11am. That was not true. We were told 10:30.PATTY M.
Bait and Switch-- very unhappy with Uhaul and our pick. Other family members are renting a truck later this month and at this point we would steer them away from Uhaul unless we get a nice response from this email. We reserved a 10 ft truck to be picked up in Clayton, Ohio. At 3pm on the day before we picked up our truck we get an email stating that we have a 15 ft truck to be picked up in Troy, Ohio. It also stated that if we need to make any changes to call that day. We found this email when we got home from work and yes the Uhaul was closed. Short notice, no, last minute notice is not appropriate when someone is moving. This added frustration and stress to our move. We were driving from Maryland to Ohio to pick up the truck and had to call the 800 number to see why these changes were made and if we could get any assistance with finding the truck we reserved. The gentlemen we spoke to on the morning of the 3rd was lacking in customer service skills. I called to ask what he could do to help us get what we reserved and he kept quoting policy. In the end, he did the right thing and found us a 10 ft. truck in another part of the city but he wasn't happy about our telephone call. This seemed like a real effort for him and continued to quote policy. We had reserved a truck with Budget at $80 less than Uhaul and we cancelled because we could not get the truck we wanted. We were not happy when we found out we were going to be stuck with the bigger truck and could have had it cheaper at Budget. The transaction didn't go that well. Our next move is from PA to Florida in a few weeks and we are uncertain if Uhaul is the way to go. Thanks for asking about our experience.DAVE B.

this was not the location that showed up online...remember me flowers was the location closest to my address. Remember me flowers is out of business causing me to do a 20 mile circuit and ending up 1 block from my move in address at all tune and lube. As a consequence I was not at 1/4 tank of gas. The truck had to be jump started. After we loaded it up it had to be jump started again! We had to leave it running because of the jump start issue. We only went 9 miles and got charged $30 fro a fuel service fee? Really? And then they charged $11 and some change for fuel.
