I don't know what or why I have this being emailed to me today. But I haven't been in Texas in almost a year sooo somebody either used my info to rent a trailer or I'm now just getting a receipt.
jherid mNeed to have the truck # and not the Lock # on the info. Spent 15-30 min trying to get into a truck that looked like it was out ready for pickup but was not. Had to call for help for someone to tell me a truck# and found it in with a group of 4 trucks in 2 min and got right in. Truck#, Truck#, Truck #. Other tan that a great experience

Gary FAtleast let the customer know this was a self service was not my original choice . But I was called and told this place had a 15 inch truck . I wasn’t giving any other details. Call uhaul for help the rep I spoke to was very dry and acted as if she didn’t want to help me . Ive used uhaul for years but this experience made it my last time .
Jessica WI spend over 20 minutes trying to get in the gate, the app was not functioning so i could not upload my photos. The rental people tried their best but kept me on the line due to internet and reservation problems. It stressed me out.
Brian GYou have very helpful people, my experience was trying only because I was getting the U-Haul to transport my son's belongings back home with me after his passing. The gentleman who helped me was considerate and patient with me. 5 Stars for him alone!! Thank You!
LORETTA JWe waited almost an hour to get someone on the phone to tell us how to get into the gate and into the truck. The location was closed on saturdays and the Uhaul app was down.
