Charged me for a hand truck they didn't have

The truck was filthy. The dolly we had paid for was not available. Worst of all, no one took responsibility—instead, they just mocked us and said it wasn’t their problem. Even though I was in a hurry and had made the reservation several days in advance, I had no choice but to cancel.

Absolutely the worst, on the website nor did they tell me at the counter until I was already at the location I needed to move things from that I needed to go to the actual U-HAUL place to get the dolly. This is unacceptable I had to drive back and then have them tell me I had to go pick it up and the nearest U-Haul was 30 minutes from where I was at!!!

I rented a truck, dolly, and blankets. This location had NO dolly or blankets. Friendly people at the location, but they didn't have the necessary equipment. Especially a dolly when you are moving is unacceptable.

A friendly employee by the name Sonia processed my reservation however failed to tell me a hidden cost of $15 U haul should get a consent from its customer to charge any fee. Sonia told me initial fee, milage rate plus tax and gas should have been filled up. She did not mention anything about $15.00. Sonia did not get my consent to charge my card. Going forward please unhide the $15.00 hidden fee and credit my account. Everything should be upfront. Thank you for your service

Both individuals that I dealt with did a superb job. Very friendly & cordial. The store was extremely busy when I was picking up the truck, so that took a while. When I returned it, the store wasn't as busy, so that went quicker. I'll rent from this location again.
