I was a customer for 30 plus years and Allen storage was excellent during those years. Jennifer is excellent at her job. I knew if I had any problems or concerns she would address them and keep me updated. Thank you Allen Storage.

I rented furniture pads but they were not included, we had a blow out dispute not hitting anything. The wait times to call for roadside assistance are very long, and the wait for roadside assistance to replace the tire to arrive was very long as well. Needs improvement on wait times for calls for urgent issues and response time. I also need a refund for furniture pads

Inside was nice super clean.. floor mats had some dust and dirt particles. Also.. may need to check the tire sensor monitor..it would come on aftr driving an hour go off then back on. Did have full tank of gas so I had returned bck with full tank of gas. We only used for 1 day!
