Easy pickup and drop off, however I had difficulty with dropping off truck after hours using my mobile app. Apparently, I couldn't use my mobile app because they had no record of me renting the truck. I called the u-haul location next day to explain and they handled it in a timely and efficient manner.

Again both men behind the counter were not wearing masks. When I have the guy the key back he accused me of messing with the key because it wasn't on a big U-Haul key chain but it was how I received it at the other location. When I expressed that and asked if that was going to be a problem he very rudely said he would figure it out. I have photos of the employees not wearing masks.

I attempted the online check to expedite the process and to have a contactless pickup. The online system didn't work, after trying several times I finally put on a mask and went in side. The staff was amazing and so helpful.

Unit wasn't swept out in the cab or back. had dirt on the floor in the cab and dirt and leaves in the back. on route found that the trailer wondered lots due to a low tire the obviously was low for a while as it only had 15 psi. I put the recommended psi in as per the manufacture that is on the tire.

Nothing really, maybe make sure they know that the online checkin process will take about 15 minutes with most of that time waiting to be approved. Also that they may call your secondary person you put down on the paper.

Dropping the trailor off was a pain. My Google chrome on my phone wouldn't send my location even when the permission bwas correct. Inwasted 20 min trying to get it done. In the end I had to restart my phone. That didn't helpnsoninhad to download the uhaul app. And use that. Very annoying.

Perform pre rental check before letting equipment out. Lubrication . Also document the actual equipment, my trailer changed ID while on the road.

great trailer. pulled it easily. I would recommend you put some kind of handle on the door. Very hard to push it (you actually have to pull on a strap) to the bottom to engage the closing mechanism. A handle would make that much easier.

Made a reservation weeks in advance for Nov 12 at 3:00pm. Checked in a week in advance and found they had not submitted my reservation. When I did not get the notice they said I would regarding equipment location, I called on Nov 18 and they told me my reservation was for Nov 19 for 12AM! I said this wouldn't work and they referred me to the national number. After observing what I thought should be their responsibility they gave me a slightly larger truck that I really didn't need but worked well for the same price. I estimated traveling 60 miles and received an estimate of $88 for the rental. I dropped the truck off 45-1 hr in advance of the 3:00pm timeframe. To my surprise I received a bill for $100.24 and had only traveled 28 miles. I called you corporate Customer Service Number and was refunded the extra day and day of insurance I have been charged. The bill indicated incorrectly that I had returned the truck at 3:20pm. As you might imagine, if my experience is like others I would not recommend this location as one of your sights. Unable to obtain receipt of drop--off due to damage undisclosed at pick--up location. Representative at counter was polite but couldn't give me assurance I would get receipt of return. I was told I would receive phone call but haven't heard from them. MN pick--up location really messed this up and provided poor customer service.

Very friendly staff but the rental was FILTHY and did not appear to ever have been washed since the prior rental. We spent over an hour power washing the bugs off the front windshield and wiping down the interior, cleaning the front window and vacuuming out the truck

Easy to find and the guys were friendly and helpful. Trailer was in good condition and worked well for the task. Only thing I didn't realize was that there was a charge for after-hours drop-off. When I made the reservation, I asked whether I could return the trailer after they closed. I was told yes and that Uhaul just needed to document hooking up the trailer to my truck. Neither the Uhaul phone rep nor the guy at the rental location said anything about an extra $20 charge for after-hours drop-off. Fortunately, I made it back 5 minutes before they closed so avoided the charge but would have been angry about the extra fee which I only saw after I dropped off the trailer.

Again, U-Hauls systems seem to set up their individuals for failure. After making a reservation over a month in advance, the location I went to was surprised to see me. I was also contacted a day before my move across the country only to be notified that the original location I selected to pick things up at would not have the items I needed. I had to change things around last minute to accommodate. While placing a reservation was an easy process, the actual holding of the reservation (the most important part) appears to be broken. This leaves both myself, and the staff at this location frustrated (which is understandable). The rental I received had several bottles and leftover trash. I assume this is because the unit I had was received last minute.

The owner or manager called me ahead to confirm which I was happy since they didn't have enough trucks for all reservations but I got mine . The person helping at pick up time, who was not the person I spoke with, was friendly but a little careless. I was first given the wrong keys for the truck or keys that didn't work and my phone number was input wrong in the system so I didn't get a call on where to drop off. I had to call in myself.
